KATE IVORY BABIA 12- AQUAMARINE (ABM)

Activity 2 :

Products with Target Market to be serve Product Position Strategy

brands

1. Coca-Cola -kids, teens, young adults

(soft drinks) This product is consumed by many

that’s why it has a large capacity of target
audience. I did not include the adults that has the
age range of 60 and above because it could
increase their risks in diabetes. Sugar intake is
linked to high blood pressure, high cholesterol,
and excess fat, all of which increase the risk of
heart disease.

2. Whisper - WOMEN
(sanitary napkin)
The primary market for sanitary napkins is women.
One of the biggest issues for women's health is the
monthly menstrual cycle. It's also because the purpose
of sanitary napkins is to separate and absorb menstrual
secretions from the body. The absence of leaks, an
attractive look or color, an odor, noise, stability,
comfort in thin body shapes, and excellent cleanliness
are all important and desired qualities.

3. Clear for Men - MEN

(shampoo)
The brand name tells it all which means that
this shampoo is engineered for male scalps that
is weaker and more prone to protein loss and
increase sebum. It puts an end to dandruff,
grease and itch.

4. Rexona for Men - MEN

(deodorant)
It is because the given says that the product is
for men which means that it is applicable for
male and not for female. This product is only
applicable for male because it is more powerful
or formulated differently than products made for
women. Men experienced greater sweating even
though they didn’t activate more sweat glands
than the women did.

5. Safeguard (soap) For me, this product has no target market

because it is applicable to use for everyone. It
protects our skin for hours after washing and it
can help inhibit our body odor.
