3 if any infringement of the factory act rules remain unnoticed the department reserves the right to get the plans amended as &
when such infringement come to its notice after given as opportunity of being heard and department shall stand indemnified
against any claim on this account
4. The occupier shall provide & maintain the adequate and suitable firefighting equipment’s in charge of a trained responsible
person and shall obtain NOC from Haryana fire /7 emergency service department
5. The occupier shall make arrangement for the disposal of trade wastes & effluents and shall carry out the environmental
audit record. The occupier shall obtain consent to establish consent to operate CTE/CTO from the Haryana pollution control board
