    How to Re-make a new Event database (Alarm view event history)

    1. Stop the DP software on the “faulty” DP OS (The one that gives the alarm “EVENTSTORE
    Could not store events”), DP system menu: stop/restart by using the option ”Stop - OS
    software”.

    2. Open the Windows Task Manager by pressing: ctrl+alt+del, then start a New Task by using
    the File menu as shown below, and start Explorer.

    Type in the word: “explorer” and press “OK”

    3. Go to the Windows Explorer folder called: dpxxxxx\Run\EventDb
    Rename the existing file: “Event.mdb” to “EventOld.mdb”.

    4. Then close the Windows Explorer and then restart the computer by: Ctrl+alt+del and select
    Shutdown- Restart
