Ace: Good morning everyone, welcome to the podcast. My name is Ace, and I'm here today with a
special visitor named Zachary.

Zachary: Hello! my name is Zachary, and I'm delighted to be here.

Ace: So zachary I’d want to hear your thoughts on why education is so important in creating a more
fair society.

Zachary: So, do you have any particular questions regarding it so I can get started?

Ace: Alright, Do you think education is important in society?

Zachary: Yes, I believe it is critical because... without education, society would suffer from bad
health, a lack of confidence, a shorter lifespan, unemployment, abuse, and gender inequalities.

Ace: I see, could you eleborate more on your answer?

Zachary: Without education, society will not think independently, so how will you get a job if you are
not educated? Almost every occupation requires education.

Ace: so do you think society would be equal if all of us are educated the same?

Zachary: Yes, in my opinion. If we all receive the same education, society will be equal. If everyone is
educated, everyone has the opportunity to get a job. It is up to them to decide whether or not they
want to work.

Ace: Could you give me an example of equity in education?

Zachary: Teachers who can adapt their teaching style to match a student's learning abilities are an
example of equity in education. Some students succeed as auditory learners, processing information
aloud and asking questions as needed.

Zachary: My conclusion is that society will be completely equal if all of us are fairly educated,
regardless of which side you live on or whether you are rich or poor.

Ace: That concludes this interview; thank you, Zachary, for your feedback and opinion.

Zachary: Thank you, Ace, for inviting me to this fantastic interview; I hope we can meet again soon; I
am glad I came.
