Ingredients:

For the Bolognese Sauce:

1 pound (450g) ground beef (you can also use a combination of beef
and pork)

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 carrot, finely chopped

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

1 can (14 ounces/400g) crushed tomatoes

Drain the cooked pasta and toss it with a bit of olive oil.

Serve the pasta on plates, and ladle the Bolognese sauce over the top.

Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil or parsley.
