Dear parent,
We are pleased to inform you that the school would be arranging
transportation from our school to the examination centre Bharathi Vidya
Bhavan’s Atmakuri Rama Rao School, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad on all days of
CBSE Class XII Board Examination. Therefore, requesting parents to drop
your child at school premises at 9 AM sharp. You may pick them up from the
school premises at 2.15 PM.
Students need to behave well during the journey to the exam center and
also at the exam center. School would not entertain any indiscipline act and
would suspend transportation if any inconvenience caused.
Any misconduct or any unfair mean during examinations would result
in your child getting debarred for 3 years.
Usage of phone, social media, ChatGPT, smart watches during
examination is strictly prohibited. Kindly ensure that your child is not carrying
phones to the examinations.
No student would be entertained to the examination center after 10 AM.
Phones need to be submitted in the school office without fail.
