16.FMS Flight Management System
2 databases, 1 active 1 inactive (the inactive one updated every 28 days)
5 DME stations within 200nm used for positioning (updated every 2 min)
2 routes (RTE1 & RTE2) programmable
FMS start operation when 100kt TAS
>FL100 only will wind velocity and direction be showed in FMS PROG page
>6min signal loss, FMS times out and continues in dead reckoning mode (MAP fail)
7.5nm MAX off track error showed on FMS progress page
Ground speed showed in ND when A/C equipped with IRS
>1000ft FMS VNAV mode may be engaged & CL EPR set
