Sir/Madam,
As you are already aware that, the examination of classes Secondary / Senior Secondary ( Academic / Open )
And D.EL.Ed. (Re-Appear/Special Chance/Mercy Chance) Exam February/March - 2024. are being conducted
from dated 27-02-2024 and this office has initiated many steps to ensure smooth and fair conduct of examinations.
For these examination following staff of your school has been appointed as Observer ,Deputy Superintendent
and Supervisor:-

As this examination duty is mandatory, hence, you are directed to relieve the above mentioned appointed staff
of your school on dated 25-02-2024 after school hours for exam duty by issuing relieving certificate to his/her
and direct all to appointed staff to report at their respective examination centre on 26.02.2024 at 09:00 AM
In case, Govt. school staff is found absent from the assigned duty or if head of Institution does not relieve the
appointed staff without any justified reason, then timely action shall be taken against erring teachers by imposing a
standardized penalty. Steps would also be taken to discredit such teachers in Teacher Transfer Policy and case for
strict disciplinary action shall be sent to Director, Secondary Education Haryana, Panchkula. In case of staff of private
school who found absent from his / her duty or if head of Institution contravenes the directions and does not relieve
the appointed staff without any justified reason, a penalty will be imposed on concerned school as per rule. You are also
directed to get it noted to all staff members who are appointed for various duties at examination centre.
