Activity Proposal
The proposed activity shall be called: GAWAD FE DEL MUNDO V. 2.0 (for the Feat of
Excellence, Dedication, and Exemplary Loyalty deserving of Merits and for the
Unparalleled Notable Deeds of Outstanding Achievement). Fe Del Mundo National High
School (FDMNHS) proudly continues its commitment to fostering a culture of excellence
and dedication in education through the second-year implementation of GAWAD FE
DEL MUNDO. To be given on December 16, 2022, this prestigious award program is
designed to acknowledge and honor the exceptional contributions of both teaching and
non-teaching personnel within the institution, as well as stakeholders who have
demonstrated feats of excellence, dedication, and exemplary loyalty deserving of
merits.
As the second year unfolds since its inauguration, GAWAD FE DEL MUNDO V.
2.0 remains a hallmark of appreciation and recognition at Fe Del Mundo National High
School. Instituted on December 16, 2022, this prestigious award continues to play a
pivotal role in acknowledging the exemplary dedication and contributions of both
teaching and non-teaching personnel.
Entering its second year, GAWAD FE DEL MUNDO V. 2.0 continues to embody
enthusiasm and purpose, steadfast in upholding the principles outlined by the
Department of Education (DepEd). Building upon the success of the inaugural year, the
school is poised to carry forward the tradition of celebrating excellence, introducing two
distinct categories of recognition.
On December 16, 2023, the awards ceremony will spotlight the dedication to
cleanliness and orderliness within the school environment. The first category, "Best in
Cleanliness and Orderliness Classroom," will honor educators who have
demonstrated exceptional commitment to maintaining a conducive and organized
learning space. This category recognizes those individuals who have gone the extra
mile to create an environment that fosters not only academic growth but also a sense of
discipline and order.

contributing to an aesthetically pleasing and environmentally conscious atmosphere.
Fe Del Mundo National High School will launch GAWAD FE DEL MUNDO to
immortalize this DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2022,DepEd Order No. 78,s. 2007 with the
accordance to CSC Resolution No. 010112 and CSC MC No. 01,s. 2001 with the
GAWAD PADAYAW of the Division Office.

2. The school PRAISE committee for GAWAD FE DEL MUNDO shall consist of f of one (1)
Chairperson and five (5) members:
3. The school PRAISE committee may designate additional personnel to function as members of
School PRAISE secretariat to check the completeness of the submitted documents. The PRAISE
committee shall also functions as the Technical Working Group (TWG) to evaluate and validate
the submitted documents based on the selection criteria (Annex B).
4. The committee shall evaluate the completeness of the required documents of nominees for
teaching, and non-teaching positions. They will consolidate, validate and rank the nomination
entries.
5. Nominations for OUTSTANDING FE DEL MUNDO NHS PERSONNEL and others must have a
duly accomplished nomination for (Annex A) signed by the principal. Required documents for
submission must only include the documents equivalent to the highest attainable credit points.
The committee shall ensure that no unnecessary attachments are included in the documents.
6. The GAWAD FE DEL MUNDO -Search for Outstanding FDMNHS Teaching, Non-Teaching Personnel
and Stakeholders shall have the following activities:

The following sets of selection criteria ensure that the valuable contributions and outstanding
performance of the teaching, on-teaching personnel and stakeholders are recognized. The
nomination of the following awards shall be open to all qualified personnel based on the respective
qualification standards of ethnicity, age, gender, religion, and specific needs.

4.Project Deliverables
The outcomes/outputs of this project depend on the ff;
a. performance of the teachers that will be reflected on their IPCRF;
b. performance of the school reflected on the SBM,
c. performance of the school administrators;
d. the quality of projects implemented by the school;
e. quality of graduates of the school; ans
f. strengthen the partnership of the school together with the community and
stakeholders.
6. Post-Event Evaluation:
a. Conduct a comprehensive evaluation after the event to assess overall success and identify
areas for improvement.
b. Gather feedback from participants, stakeholders, and organizing committee members to
inform future iterations of GAWAD FE DEL MUNDO.
By proactively identifying, analyzing, and planning for potential risks, this Risk
Management Plan aims to ensure the successful execution of the GAWAD FE DEL MUNDO
activity while minimizing the impact of unforeseen challenges. Regular monitoring, clear
communication, and contingency planning will be key to managing and mitigating risks
effectively.
