Subject: - Establishment - Posting of supervisor to IED in view of shortage

Consequent on bifurcation of APSRTC as TSRTC and APSRTC (Residual), the

following Supervisors sanctions are available in IED.

Out of five sanctions, Sri. K. Chakravarthy, E. 218556, who has worked as

Supdt. (Mech) had carried out the works in IED related to Production unit studies
and O&M section studies. Vide office order E2/255(12)/2023-Dy.CPM:KRZ, Dated:
15.09.2023 the Supdt. (Mech) is promoted as AE(Mech), allotted to Bhadrachalam
Depot and relieved. Order copy enclosed.

The following are the important on hand studies to be carried out by IED;

1. The Comprehensive study of all Workshops, Stores & BBW/MYP.

2. The Comprehensive study on the requirement of Manpower for TSRTC

Logistics.

3. The requirement of paramedical staff at Tarnaka Hospital from time to

time.

4. The Staffing Pattern for NoUs and Production Units duly conducting a
detailed study by IED in respect of all categories, so as to arrive sanctions
of all the Non-operating Units of Regions/Zones/HO.
 In addition to above important studies, the regular works of IED as
mentioned below are also being carried out;

 Extension of validity of incentive schemes of all workshops, Tyre

Retreading shops, BBW & PP will be communicated from time to time
after obtaining the sanction from competent authority.
 Communication of Standard man hours for production units whenever
new activities are introduced.
 Communication of Standard man hours for outsourcing activities
proposed by production units of the Corporation.
 Conducting of study on manpower requirement and additional
sanctions at Units of the Corporation.
 Preparation of Organization chart of the Corporation.

Only One Officer and no Supervisor is available in IED to look after the
above works.

In view of the above, one AE(M) Sri. G. Raghavendra, E.322907, presently

working at DM/JN who has earlier worked in IED as Supdt. (Mech) and later posted
to Warangal Region on promotion is now identified for posting to IED. The
AE(Mech) has expressed his willingness to work in IED. Copy of the candidate
request letter is filed alongside.

Therefore, Special Officer (Projects) is requested to recommend the case to

the Competent Authority for according approval to transfer of Sri G. Raghavendra,
E.322907, working as AE(Mech) at JN Depot to Industrial Engineering Department,
Head Office to run the IED section works smoothly, please.
