Sub: ESTABLISHMENT: Request to allot two graduate apprentices in addition to

posting of regular supervisor to AME(IE) Section – Regarding.

This is to submit that the Industrial Engineering wing is presently looking after
the following ;
1. Conducting of Comprehensive studies of all the Operation and Non
Operational Units of the Corporation from time to time.
2. Operation of incentive schemes at Depots.
3. Operation of production incentive schemes at Workshops, TRSs and BBU.
4. Conducting of studies on requirement of para medical staff at Tarnaka
Hospital.
5. Conducting of studies on requirement of outsourcing security constables
at various bus stations of the corporation, Region wise.
6. Conducting of studies on requirements araised due to creation of new
wings (ex.ITI college, Nursing college) etc.
7. Conducting of studies at production Units as and when a new type of
activity has to be taken up and arriving at man-hours of that particular
activity.
8. Reconciliation of monthly production schemes at Workshops, Tyreshops
and BBU.

At present, only one AME is working in Industrial Engineering wing and

requested for a regular supervisor for posting and whose posting orders are
awaited. Further, on the advise of the VC & MD, a Comprehensive study is
proposed to study in Operational and Non Operational Units of TSRTC including
Tarnaka Hospital and Cargo parcels department. To assist the regular supervisor
while conducting the comprehensive study two more graduate apprentices with
technical background (Mechanical /Production branches) are required and also to
look after the above activities.

It is therefore, to ease out the activity in IED section including conducting

frequent field visits, requested:
i) To arrange posting of regular supervisor as requested in earlier case
no.AME(IE)/255(01)/24-IED, Dt.05.02.2024.
ii) To arrange to post two graduate apprentices with technical background
(Mechanical /Production branches) so as to carryout the above activities
and streamline the said activities.
