Sub: Call for participation and submit abstract for the national conference NCGETS-2024

We are pleased to announce the upcoming National Conference on Green Energy Technologies for
Sustainability (NCGETS-2024) to be held on 21-22 March 2024 in the Department of Green Energy
Technology, Pondicherry University. The department is dedicated to teaching, researching, and
promoting renewable energy technologies. The conference at DGET aims to bring together
researchers, scientists, and professionals to share their insights, experiences, and findings in the
field of green energy technologies for sustainable development. We encourage you to take
advantage of this event to enhance your interest in renewable energy technologies and cordially
invite you to participate in the conference to get benefits.

Conference important dates and details

Conference Date: 21 & 22 of March 2024

Last date for abstract submission: 06-03-2024
Last date of payment of registration fee (with/without abstract): 12-03-2024
Conference venue: Cultural-cum-Convention Center, Pondicherry University
Registration Fees: Participation without Presentation ₹ 1000, P.G. students & Research Scholars
with abstract submission ₹ 1500, Faculty & Scientists ₹ 2500, Industry Professionals ₹ 5000
(Registration fee: Non-refundable)
Outstation participants' accommodation will be arranged as per availability (first-cum first serve) in
the campus guest house on a paid basis.
Intimation on Accommodation: 15-03-2024

The abstract should be focused on the theme of green energy technologies and their role in
promoting sustainability. It should provide a brief overview of your research, including the
objectives, methodology, results, and implications for sustainability.

Please submit your abstract as soon as possible. Abstracts will be reviewed by our committee, and
authors of selected abstracts will be notified within 7 days after your submission or by the latest 08-
03-2024.

We look forward to receiving your abstract and welcoming you to NCGETS-2024.

Participants can also participate in the NCGETS-2024 without submitting of abstract in the same
