N iacin Flush Written Protocol By M onica Yearwood

DO THE FLUSH AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK FOR LIFESTYLE MAINTENANCE AND UP TO THREE TIMES A
WEEK DURING THE CLEANSE.

Step 1. Take Niacin 50mg-500mg


If you've never taken niacin before start with 50mg. If you do not produce a 'flush' increase by 50mg
until you do. Most people flush between 250mg-500mg. After each time you flush, your tolerance
may increase and you will not flush. Increase by 50mg as needed.

Step 2. Dry Skin Brush


Use light strokes toward the heart starting at the ankles. To dry brush your arms: Lift your hand
above your head. Use downward strokes toward your heart. Your entire body should take 2-4
minutes.

Step 3. Self-Massage With Nadi Oil


Use your favorite body oil or untoasted sesame seed oil. You can add a few drops of white
grapefruit, cypress or laurel leaf essential oils to assiste lymph cleansing. Apply by using long strokes
toward the heart. Let the oil absorb into your body while you do your yoga practices.

Step 5. Sauna for 40 minutes

Use a sauna to cause profuse sweating for ideally 40 minutes. Keep your head out if possible. Or,
cover with a cold wet towel to prevent over heating. If you do not have access to a sauna, you can
take a hot bath.

Step 6. Take Activated Charcoal, 500mg-600mg

Activated charcoal will help to pull out toxins from your digestion. Take activated charcoal 4hrs apart
from medications or supplements. It will pull everything out of your digestion.
