Introduction

The primary health of the students is the main concern, treatment and
immediate health needs. In the era where technological advancement is in
constant evolution. In this institution, ensuring efficient healthcare
conveyance can be sometimes challenging. School is the center point of the
population which consist mainly, students, faculty, and teachers. There are
many industries that are reached by this wave. It includes the educational
institution, the school clinic, whereas the focus of this system.
The importance of evolving healthcare management within a school
community. That is why the school clinic information system was created. In
which manages the records of at sick or students that does not fell so well.
In addition, also stores, saves, update, create, search, and delete records.
In which will be based on the transaction of the patients that happens
throughout the system.

Data Collection and Analysis

To understand the data collection and analysis of the school clinic
information system, firstly illustrates the graphical user interface of the
program. It has two forms, the login form and the main transaction form. In
the login form, logs in the administrator to proceed to the main transaction
form. Once it is done, it will proceed to the second form.
In the process, the graphical user interface has two forms, in which
are, the login form for the system to run, the administrator firstly inputs the
correct user and password for the program to proceed. In which, the second
form, whereas here the main transaction will happen.
In the process, the user firstly inputs the user’s student id, alongside
with the other data, which are the student’s name, gender, birthdate, year
level, and guardian number.
In continuation of the data collection in the main transaction in the
second form. There is the doctor’s part which will handle the student patient.
It then inputs the doctor’s name, specialization, and the consultation date.
Once the data collection is finished and the required data are inputted
in their specified textboxes, the analysis of this data will be conveyed
through the data grid which shows and displays the information of the
transaction that happens in the second form. In this process, marks end that
the transaction is successful and stored in the database.
