1. Abstract
Pen Doodle is a web based application designed using HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT. It will allow
the user to create, draw and modify things on the board with the help of a tool box having a
cursor, eraser etc. users can save their work and can modify it anytime, different functionalities
will also be provided to the user. Pen Doodle signifies the less burdening of manual work and
digitizes the work.

2. Introduction of the Project:

The main purpose of this project is to reduce the hectic work of handling data . This project
simply emphasizes the substantial working of creative drawing. It is a virtual drawing pad where
the user will be able to draw out his/her imagination just by using the mouse. The user will also
be provided with the functionalities like drawing using different colors, erasing out, creating
different shapes and much more. The user can also edit an image within the application
Parallely saving their work as an image.

3. Objective:
The main idea of this project is to provide the user with a board on which they will be able to
work digitally and remotely. It is an interface where users can bring out their thoughts. The
purpose served here is that the user can visualize their thoughts, concepts and ideas and can
generate more meaningful output. The digital board can also be embedded to the other
projects in case of increasing functionalities and flexibility.

4. Scope:
● This project is made available to the users at different platforms such as practicing
creativity individually, for teams collaborative purposes therefore getting an idea of their
work.

● The project enlightens on reducing the redundancy of physical data types rather focusing
on creative and analytical ideas.
● The proposed system provides various colors and shades functionality.
● The system also facilitates administrative property, admin can access the information
about the users and can work on their feedbacks

6. Project Description:
This project designs an online based virtual drawing which provides a web-based interface. It is
the graphical user interface. The application consists of tools which help the user to draw, erase
and modify their work by using pencil, eraser and more. It also provides different colors so that
the user can come out more creative. Two different panels i.e. registration and login are also
provided . The project goes through every basic step from creating a login/registration interface
to providing an easily accessible environment so that anyone can use the services. A home page
with basic entities such as contact us, about us, registration / login panel. The user can also
review and rate the services according to their experience at the website.

Here in the proposed system we have have made use of process flow diagram diagram to explain
the given process where the person already registered goes through a login page whereas a
person with no registration in the database goes through fill registration form and as soon as he
fills the registration form user lands up on the homepage where he can use the drawing pad and
start there artistic work.

7. BENEFITS:

● The system eases the current burden on pen-paper work.

● The proposed system can be used in school, colleges during presentations or during
online classes.
● The project gives an elegant virtual drawing pad.

8. Resources and Limitations:

The user just needs a displaying device to go on with the proposed system while using a
cursor friendly device. As it is a simple web based application so there are no higher

configuration demands, this application can work easily and anywhere.

This application requires minimal computer skills, so it could be challenging to the users who
are not familiar with the computers. It also offers limited working space which might act as a
barrier for larger projects.

The requirement of the resources for designing and developing the proposed system must be
given. The resources might be in the form of the hardware / software or the data from the
industry. The limitations of the proposed system in respect of a larger and comprehensive
system must be given.

9. Conclusion:
● The project systematically outlines the use of digital drawing.
● The project also focuses on elimination of pen-paper work.
● The proposed system also encompasses the provision of login id and password.
