FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring people are ready -- in numbers and trained with sufficient competencies, to operate and
maintain.
- Manage In-transition Brownfield permit to work process.
- Lead Stakeholder engagements with: Asset/Ops Teams, Project Teams, Discipline Engineers,
Shell SME, in order to meet required OR deliverables.
- Ensure systems are ready -- Perform to intended design, built to required standards, verified
through FAT and SAT, and commissioned, started up, and ready to operate.
- Lead Contractor for Contract execution to be align with Shell Assurance and Technical
requirement.
- Ensure clear end to end role and responsibility when come up with Pre-Commissioning,
Commissioning, H/O and Start Up Process.
- To meet SoF requirement, Operating guidelines, and Logic charts in place.
- Smooth transition from Construction Environment to Operation Environment.
- Accountable for the implementation of Flawless Project Delivery activities and Lessons Learned
into execution of projects, work closely with Quality Team on Projects to deliver.
- Ensure Technical Integrity and Process Safety compliance through Technical Integrity
Verification, Statement of Fitness and Project to Asset Handover.
- Execute Technical Assurance of Production Operations Assurance role on projects.

Incumbent is required to deliver on multiple projects with different priorities and therefore must
seek out the most efficient project delivery method.
A largely self-motivated person with drive and stamina who is solution-oriented, customer-
focused and who can deal with a multitude of, at times, challenging interfaces.
A proven track record of hands-on experience, e.g. in Turnarounds, is considered critical.
Personally resilient, flexible, self-confident, and assertive, especially in dealing with contractors.
Practitioner in customer focus and stakeholder management: Incumbent must be able to follow
different stakeholders at different levels and parts of the organization to facilitate project delivery.
Hands-On experience of utilizing multiple discipline functions and quickly establish relationships
with practitioners to ensure construction processes and standards are consistently applied.
Evidential fluency in written and spoken English language - due to expected major involvement
with contractors.
Expert in CSU deliverables such as Systemization, Integrated Schedule, Pre-Commissioning
Procedures, Commissioning Procedures, Start Up Plan, Asset Handover, Assurance Plan, etc.
Familiar with OR deliverables such as CMMS, SOP/WI, Spare Part, Master data, HAZOP Close-
out, etc.
