an National High School (CamNHS).

Presently, I am enrolled under the K to 12 programs specializing in HUMSS Academic and

must undergo an eighty (80) hours of WORK IMMERSION in your company to acquire
business/industrial ORIENTATION. The immersion period will start immediately upon your
acceptance under the terms and conditions as stipulated in the duly accomplished
memorandum of agreement between two (2) parties.
