On completion of the course, students will be able to:


1. Identify their interest, talent, skills, achievable goals and personality discovery.
2. Handle independently a variety of real life challenges in various context.
3. Communicate effectively in both oral and written form in a variety of social context

8. Synopsis:

This course exposes students to various self-development skills namely personality discovery, problem solving and
effective communication. It also exposes students to problem identification, solution finding, decision making, and
action planning. Most importantly this course develops transferable skills for personal success.

9. Mode of Delivery: Lectures will be conducted face to face and online.

Note :
A student who obtains a grade C- (45 -49 marks) in a 100% coursework module is required to resubmit the
coursework component determined by the lecturer and ascertained at the Exam Board. Resubmission marks will be
capped at a maximum of 50 marks or a grade C.
