By using organizational structure, you can identify the roles of each person who
are part of the company or an organization. One more thing is that it specialized roles to
lower-level employees, business that can make better decisions faster. It's also a good
idea that they provide photos of the officers assigned; this will make it easier for people
to become familiar. The organizational structure of DENR is also quite overwhelming,
specifically the background. The font used should be larger so that it is readable and as
to the pictures, it would been better if they wore same uniform. We believe that an
organizational chart should be simple yet informative because a well-designed and
accessible organizational chart adds transparency and accountability to company
structure and processes. To achieve organizational goals, an organizational structure is
required to organize and manage the organization.
Organizational chart is like chart of barangay officials in a barrio where you can
see its members with their assigned position below their name or their picture. This is
where the members of the organization can have its separate work. With using
organizational structure, in here, this will serve as a guide to all.
