ABSTRACT
We present the design and fabrication of a clothes drying machine with a vertical rotating hanger, two top-
mounted vertical fans, a heater, and a temperature controller. The machine is designed to efficiently dry clothes
within a compact and enclosed box structure. The vertical hanger enables multiple garments to be hung,
maximizing the drying capacity. The two top fans ensure optimal air circulation throughout the clothes,
promoting faster drying. The heater provides the necessary warmth, while the temperature controller
maintains the desired drying temperature. The compact design allows for effective use of space. The enclosed
box structure provides a contained drying environment, ensuring efficiency and convenience. This clothes
drying machine offers a practical solution for quick and efficient clothes drying while maintaining ease of use
and space optimization.

I. INTRODUCTION
The design and fabrication of a clothes drying machine with a vertical rotating hanger, two top-mounted
vertical fans, a heater, and a temperature controller aims to provide an efficient and compact solution for
drying clothes. Traditional methods of air drying can be time-consuming, especially in areas with limited space
or during unfavorable weather conditions. This machine offers a convenient and effective alternative. The
vertical hanger allows for multiple garments to be hung, optimizing the drying capacity. The two top fans
ensure proper airflow, expediting the drying process. The heater provides the necessary warmth, while the
temperature controller allows for precise regulation of the drying temperature. The compact design of the
machine ensures efficient use of space, making it suitable for various environments, such as homes, apartments,
or laundry facilities. By incorporating these features, the clothes drying machine offers a practical and
automated solution for quick and efficient drying of clothes.
II. METHODOLOGY
The design and fabrication of the clothes drying machine with a vertical rotating hanger, two top fans used
vertically, a heater, and a temperature controller can be achieved through the following methodology:
1. Requirement Analysis
2. Mechanical Design
3. Air Circulation System
4. Heating System
5. Temperature Control
6. Electrical System
7. Fabrication and Assembly
8. Testing and Validation
By following this methodology, the design and fabrication of the clothes drying machine with the specified
features can be accomplished effectively, resulting in a functional and efficient appliance.

IV. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
After designing and fabricating the clothes drying machine with a vertical rotating hanger, two top fans used
vertically, a heater, and a temperature controller, the following results and discussions can be presented:
1. Drying Performance:
Evaluate the drying performance of the machine by measuring the drying time for various types and quantities
of clothes. Compare the drying time with traditional methods to demonstrate the efficiency of the machine.
Discuss any variations in drying time based on factors such as fabric thickness and moisture content.
2. Temperature Control:
Assess the accuracy and stability of the temperature controller. Measure the temperature inside the drying
machine at different settings and evaluate how well the temperature is maintained within the desired range.
Discuss any deviations and potential adjustments required for improved temperature control.
3. Airflow Efficiency:
Analyze the effectiveness of the two top fans in promoting proper air circulation within the drying machine..
Identify potential improvements to enhance airflow efficiency.

4. Compact Design:
Evaluate the practicality and space-saving nature of the compact design. Discuss how the box structure and
vertical hanger rotation contribute to efficient use of space in various settings, such as apartments or laundry
rooms.
5. User Feedback:
Gather feedback from users who have used the clothes drying machine. Evaluate their satisfaction with the
drying performance, ease of use, and any additional features or improvements they would like to see. Discuss
any challenges or limitations reported by users.
6. Comparison with Existing Systems:
Compare the performance and features of the designer clothes drying machine with existing commercial
models or conventional drying methods. Highlight the advantages and unique features of the designed machine,
such as the vertical hanger rotation and temperature control.
7. Future Improvements:
Discuss potential areas for future improvements, such as optimizing fan placement, enhancing temperature
control algorithms, or incorporating smart features for remote monitoring and control. Consider suggestions
for increasing capacity or addressing specific user needs.
By presenting the results and engaging in discussions, you can demonstrate the effectiveness and benefits of
the designer clothes drying machine. This information can be used to further refine the design, address any
limitations, and guide future enhancements or commercialization efforts.
V. CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the design and fabrication of the clothes drying machine with a vertical rotating hanger, two top
fans used vertically, a heater, and a temperature controller offers an efficient and convenient solution for drying
clothes. The vertical hanger maximizes drying capacity, while the top fans ensure proper air circulation,
resulting in faster drying times. The heater and temperature controller maintain the desired drying
temperature, ensuring optimal drying conditions. The compact design of the machine allows for effective use of
space in various settings. Overall, this clothes drying machine provides a practical and automated solution for
quick and efficient clothes drying while offering ease of use and space optimization.
