ABSTRACT We present the design and fabrication of a clothes drying machine with a vertical rotating hanger, two top- mounted vertical fans, a heater, and a temperature controller. The machine is designed to efficiently dry clothes within a compact and enclosed box structure. The vertical hanger enables multiple garments to be hung, maximizing the drying capacity. The two top fans ensure optimal air circulation throughout the clothes, promoting faster drying. The heater provides the necessary warmth, while the temperature controller maintains the desired drying temperature. The compact design allows for effective use of space. The enclosed box structure provides a contained drying environment, ensuring efficiency and convenience. This clothes drying machine offers a practical solution for quick and efficient clothes drying while maintaining ease of use and space optimization. Keywords: Clothes Drying Machine, Vertical Hanger Rotation, Top Fans, Heater, Temperature Controller, Compact Design. I. INTRODUCTION The design and fabrication of a clothes drying machine with a vertical rotating hanger, two top-mounted vertical fans, a heater, and a temperature controller aims to provide an efficient and compact solution for drying clothes. Traditional methods of air drying can be time-consuming, especially in areas with limited space or during unfavorable weather conditions. This machine offers a convenient and effective alternative. The vertical hanger allows for multiple garments to be hung, optimizing the drying capacity. The two top fans ensure proper airflow, expediting the drying process. The heater provides the necessary warmth, while the temperature controller allows for precise regulation of the drying temperature. The compact design of the machine ensures efficient use of space, making it suitable for various environments, such as homes, apartments, or laundry facilities. By incorporating these features, the clothes drying machine offers a practical and automated solution for quick and efficient drying of clothes. II. METHODOLOGY The design and fabrication of the clothes drying machine with a vertical rotating hanger, two top fans used vertically, a heater, and a temperature controller can be achieved through the following methodology: 1. Requirement Analysis 2. Mechanical Design 3. Air Circulation System 4. Heating System 5. Temperature Control 6. Electrical System 7. Fabrication and Assembly 8. Testing and Validation By following this methodology, the design and fabrication of the clothes drying machine with the specified features can be accomplished effectively, resulting in a functional and efficient appliance.
