    Hi ma’am Niluka,

    I’m Ann Fernando, a new student came from Sri Lanka to study Postgraduate Diploma in
    construction Quantity Surveying at Massey University (Massey) in February intake 2024.
    Student ID: 23010178.

    Firstly, I would like to inform you about my education background as I need your advice and
    support to furthering my studies at Massey.

    I have followed a degree in Quantity Surveying (Professional Levels) at Institute of Quantity


    Surveying Sri Lanka (IQSSL), Level 7 and have 16 years of experience in quantity surveying
    field.

    When I send my qualifications during in year 2022 to Massey, they provided me an offer
    letter by considering my existing education background to study postgraduate diploma in
    construction quantity surveying (one year) and after completing the same to study masters
    in construction (06 months).

    During year 2023, I have started to follow one year top up degree which is Bsc (Hons) in
    Quantity Surveying at De Montfort University in UK online and it will finish by July 2024.

    Meantime, I applied my visa to follow the postgraduate diploma in construction at Massey


    University as they offered and now I am about to start.

    Ma’am I need your kind advice on behalf of me. By considering my current background,
    could you please let me know is there any possibility to join with Masters in construction
    Quantity Surveying at Massey University in February intake, as I will complete my Bsc (Hons)
    by July 2024.

    I would be obliged if you could provide me your guidance whether there are any options
    available to follow Masters at once.
