I, Mr. Robin Hedwig Prabhakar, Passport number S1874030 would like to apply for student visa to University
of Leicester, University Road, Leicester, LE1 7RH, UK. I completed my high school in 2013, my higher
secondary in 2015 and my graduation in the year of 2020. I did my high school and higher secondary in Same
School with Computer Science as main subject, which provided me strong basics in the field of Computer
Science. I cleared both my 10 th and 12th in first class with distinction. I planned to study Computer Science
Engineering during my schooling since I was enthusiastic about Computers, Coding. Maths and Science are
very much important to understand the basics in Engineering. One needs to understand the Maths, analyse
how the fundamental phenomenon works in order to understand the basic mechanisms in Computer
Science. Though I had lot of subjects related to Computer Science Engineering in my Bachelor’s degree, my
interest and performance in Cloud Computing and Java Programming was great.

After my graduation, I got my first job through campus placement at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, which is
a tier 1 Service Based Company. The experience gained from there and Cognizant motivated to learn more in
the field and I decided to do higher studies from abroad to explore more with a global standard. I also
searched through website about studying the masters in Cloud Computing in India and found few
universities, which offer Masters in Cloud Computing. But the quality and practical knowledge which we gain
from studying in an abroad university are always higher than doing the same in India. I had the opportunity
to meet with various countries’ representatives during the educational fairs in Chennai, I found the
universities in United Kingdom have some step ahead in their quality, duration and in their costs.

As I understand that United Kingdom offers such a Professional course for innovative people those who want
to shine in their higher studies leading to Master’s degree in its related areas as well. UK always become a
welcoming, diverse and popular destination for international students. Coming to a University or College in
UK, will give me a world-class teaching and help me to develop great skills for success in global work force.

After my Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering and my exposure to various companies there was a
deep desire in my heart to do master's in Cloud Computing. Therefore, the course Cloud computing MSc is
thus the right choice as it will provide me with broad and specialized education. I have shortlisted and
applied for some Universities like Nottingham Trent University, University of Leicester, on the basis of the
quality of education, cost and the location. But the reason for me to choose University of Leicester is that, it
provides me with Full-Time Taught Course of 1 year with best placements.

In the recent survey, University of Leicester is ranked as the best global Universities, and it also ranked
higher in many aspects which made me like the University even more.

I have paid a prepayment of 3000 GBP as a deposit of tuition fees from self-savings. The living expenses and
the balance of fees are covered by Education Loan provider, I have taken 25 Lacs INR education loan from
Avanse financial services and the loan amount got dispersed in bank account and the account balance has
been maintained for 28 days.

I am sure that my interest to pursue MSc Cloud Computing in University of Leicester will help me in learning
the advanced skill and will provide me with the fantastic opportunity to use the theories and knowledge
gained in the meaningful piece of work. My goal is to become a specialist in Cloud technology and
programming and contribute my best.
