At the end of the lesson, learners are expected to:
1. Identify the chemicals to be utilized in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen tools
and equipment
2. Prepare cleaning agents in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions
.

Activity 1 “Brain-Teasing Fun game”
Directions: Arrange the jumbled letters based on the guide questions.
