Executive summary

As a part oI the curriculum I have to work on a project Ior duration oI 7
weeks. %he main purpose oI the project was to provide an opportunity Ior industry
interaction understanding how the process takes place in corporate world and the
application oI theoretically learned concepts in practice.
In this report Iirst I have given the general inIormation regarding the company.
It includes the history oI company milestones board oI directors Iinancial position
oI the company. I have also given the Iunctional department oI the company like
Personnel department Iinance department production department etc.
Also in this report I have given the inIormation regarding the budgetary
process. It includes basic oI budget & budgetary control important oI budget how
budget is being prepared at company budgetary data and its analysis. At the last
the conclusion and the bibliography are given.
