Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Law Graduate from a reputable law
school with 2 to 3 years of practical experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
and drafting legal agreements. The ideal candidate will join our legal team and
contribute expertise in intellectual property matters, ensuring the protection of our
organization's assets and interests.

Responsibilities:

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR):

 Conduct legal research and analysis on intellectual property issues.

 Advise the organization on patent, trademark, and copyright matters.
 Manage the filing and prosecution of intellectual property applications.
 Handle disputes related to intellectual property rights.

Drafting and Review of Agreements:

 Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements, including licensing

agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other commercial contracts.
 Ensure that all agreements comply with relevant laws and regulations.
 Provide legal support for business transactions.

Technology Solution Implementation:

 Collaborate with the IT team to support the implementation of technology

solutions in the system.
 Provide legal guidance on issues related to technology integration and ensure
compliance with intellectual property laws.
 Work closely with stakeholders to understand technology requirements and
address legal considerations.

Civil and Criminal Litigation:

 Handle civil and criminal litigation matters on behalf of the organization.

 Represent the organization in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative
dispute resolution mechanisms.
 Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions for litigation cases.
Legal Compliance:

 Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations related to intellectual

property.
 Monitor compliance with intellectual property laws and advise on necessary
adjustments.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, production and marketing

and business development teams.

Work closely with external legal counsel as needed.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized and reputable law school.
 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in intellectual property rights and drafting
legal agreements.
 Admission to the Bar is preferred.
 Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.
 Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
 Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
