Assistant Manger/ Senior Manager Legal Mumbai 4-7 yrs Provide analysis and counsel on legal and policy issues including protecting intellectual property, content agreements. Provide legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits. Draft/Vet the various contracts across required business line Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company. Identify risks & propose alternative structures to mitigate risks involved in potential transactions. Ensure accuracy in all legal matters with respect to day-to-day matters relating to documentation. Ensure compliance & secure the interests of the organization. Law Graduate/ Post Graduate from a leading Indian University. Should have about minimum of 4 to 7 years experience in the legal function.. Should have substantial working knowledge of all Intellectual Property Rights & its applications. Experience and proven ability to manage multiple business and project related legal counsel. Experience of handling litigation. Managerial experience. Experience in structuring content related deals, contracts. Should have excellent documentation writing skills as demonstrated by past draft examples. Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills. Extremely detail oriented and ability to research and organize.
