Note : 1) Unthreaded Portion of U clamp shall be PVC coated (yellow color) 2mm thick on each side.
2) U-clamp height from Bottom radius of Clamp to End of threaded portion
3) U-clamp shall be clamp along with Washer and 2 Nuts.
4) U-clamp Nut & Washer material shall be zink plated.
5) U-clamp, Nut & washer material MS.

Rubber Pad Detail :

Rubber pad thickness shall be 5mm.
Rubber pad Material Nitrile.
