Train the Trainers Program-2017

Preamble
We feel proud to get opportunity to participate in the multi-dimensional work of
H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.

Shri Mataji herself has done so many practical in this field like foundation of Sahaja Public
Schools in Dharmshala and in Rome for western children.

We all are aware about the achievements of children from Sahaja School. We also know that
these all children are now the instrument for spreading Sahajayoga in their countries.

Now a day’s so many Sahajayogies are conducting realisation programs in schools and
colleges.

But we are forgetting that teacher plays an important role in a student’s life which has a
deep impact. Now a days, a student who has moral, experience and focused. For such a
student, a teacher shows him correct path and that’s why we have decided to do some
changes in realisation program. We have prepared a new method and its required for us to
learn and accept new ways.

We all Sahajayogies who will conduct this new program, they should understand few
important points to make it a successful program.

For conducting these programs in a new way, we have decided to take the help of teachers.
Like knowledge of teachers, area of knowledge (Degree, achievements, university, etc.) their
role as a teacher, society’s expectations from teachers, duties towards children,
responsibilities of future (exams, results, etc.) expected revolution and progress, etc. For
physical, mental and emotional progress of a student, a teacher plays responsible role. We
have taken care of all the aspects as per the program, so that it proves to be complete,
economical and familiar.

Now we can say this with confidence that through systematic conduct of this program, we
can solve so many problems of teachers and students and also we sahajayogies will get
success to comment this field of knowledge and methodology as sahaja, happy and creative.

We are thankful to H.H.Shri Mataji that she has awakened our “Rithambhara Pragya” and
supported us at all the steps. With respect and from bottom of our heart, we surrender this
book at the lotus feet of H.H.Shri Mataji.

To,
The Principal
-----------------------------------
----------------------------------

SUBJECT: “PERMISSION FOR UNIQUE AND DIFFERENT PROGRAMME WHICH WILL HELP IN
STRESS MANAGEMENT FOR TEACHERS AND INCREASE CONFIDENCE LEVEL AND
ATTENTION IN STUDENTS TO MAKE THEM CREATIVE AND AFFIRMATIVE”.

Respected Sir/Madam,

As we all know, teacher plays a significant role in making positive physical changes in
society. In this modern world different types of stress are affecting our lives. Lack of good
attitude and moral values, indiscipline, bad effects of social media and mobile culture related
to these etc -all these increase stress in teachers.

To solve such increasing problems, Shri Mataji, who was nominated twice for ‘Noble Shanti
Prize’, is the founder of Sahaja yoga and introduced it in a simple way in 1970.

We can say with confidence that if teachers learn this technique and train the students.

We would like to introduce our program in your respectful institution and also rise for the
contribution of teachers in development.

We wish that we will support your teachers in this complete development because in the
last, teachers are only the people who impact in the children’s life.

Thanking you,

INTRODUCTORY PROGRAM
(45 MINS)

Respected teachers,

On behalf of Sahajayoga Dhyaan Kendra and team members of this session, we welcome
you all. We all are aware about the modern lifestyle of society. In this era of extremely
dynamic growth of Science and technology, In between the illusion of easy accessibility of
internet, or illusion of availability of every subject on internet and the ocean of information
on all the subjects, the importance of teacher’s role and expectations from them is reducing
day by day. In the perspective of increasing expectations, no one thinks about the stress of
teachers. Due to the impact of modern lifestyle, indiscipline, indecent behaviour, lack of
unity, blindness towards fashion, trends towards materialism, effortless earning of money
can be seen in students. For all these, the education system and teachers are held
responsible.

Randomly changing educational policies at the official level, teachers have to constantly
strive to adapt to changes in the curriculum. Personal health problems, dietary habits
become only the imaginative subject matter. As a result, they are surrounded by the
professional limitations and related problems. They are overcome by the solutions of inner
creativity and professional life. A teacher, who creates a generation of society, seems to be
living a life of a professional career.

In contrary, we have seen so many examples from history that without having higher
education or degree from universities, historic personalities, through their own
compositions, rhetoric and creed have played the role of an eternal teacher like Saint
Janabai, Saint Kabir, Saint Gyaneshwar, Saint Tukaram, Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, Dr. APJ
Abdul Kalaam. The composed literature by these historic personalities is been included in
the syllabus of graduation and post-graduation courses.

If we go into the deep, then we will know that there was some similarity in all these
personalities i.e. a connection from their inner consciousness and the reflection of inner
power.

It is question in front of all of us that in these present circumstances, how a common man
will be one with the inner consciousness and inner power? In this busy life, we neither have
these favourable circumstances nor do we have enough time. Who is to accept these things
in this age of modern competition?

The experience of inner energy or consciousness is this only a legendary concept or can we
really experience it.

Page | 10
Train the Trainers Program-2017

Friends, the answer of all these questions can be experienced with evidence in Sahajayoga.

An inspirational structure is naturally located inside all of us, which was founded by H.H. Shri
Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970. Shri Mataji herself was the scholar of medical science as well as
the divine internal energy person. In the young age, she was very close to Mahatma Gandhi
and also she has participated in freedom struggle. As a result of the spiritual inner
consciousness of Shri Mataji, she studied the development of human consciousness and
evolution of the human race. Shri Mataji, through the formation of Sahajayoga in the form
of result of her deep practice and foresight, conveyed the knowledge of operation and
transmitted the internal and spiritual energy of the inner divine to the masses.

Many measures of the effect of this inner energy on different organs of life are an integral
part of Shri Mataji's successful conduct.

Regarding education, Shri Mataji placed a very simple theory in front of everyone that the
best study can only be achieved by teaching with stress free, energy and strong will. From
this foresight, Shri Mataji established schools in Himachal Pradesh in India, Rome in Italy,
Jaipur in Rajasthan. Direct implementation of the concept of Indian life system, Indian
culture and yoga is the fundamental part of the education of these schools. Encouragingly,
in the schools of Dharamsala and in these schools, children coming from the very opposite
cultures of Western countries are being taught.

Through the examples of Shri Mataji , through the use of continuous Sahajayoga meditation
and self-motivated operation of the inner strength, the students used to make
unprecedented changes in the personality of the students. Today, the former students who
have emerged from these situations have become reputable professionals in their
respective fields as well as the divine messengers of Sahajayoga of their own countries.

Now, let us know what is Sahajayoga? And how does the awakening and circulatory system
of our inner soul power run? Because this is a life action, we can experience it directly.

The power of God spreading in this pasture or the power of nature evoked us from the
status of Amoeba and brought it to the level of human beings. Say this as the divine or as
the nature, it is said that man is one of the best compositions because the best powers of
the creator can be seen only in the creation called Man. This craft is simply called our
internal body composition, we are simply called autonomous nervous system.

By this route of three nerves, three different energy channels flow out in our body. In these,
the left channel (left side) is Ida nadi which is called left sympathetic nervous system, the
right chaanel(right side) is Pingla nadi which is called right sympathetic nervous system and
in the middle is the Sushumna Nadi which is called Para-sympathetic nervous system. Ida
nadi in yoga represents man's will power and operates our emotional personality. The
Pingala nadi represents our thinking power and functionality. Both of these nadis are
mutually complementary but are also implemented in different directions.

Page | 11
Train the Trainers Program-2017

The third pulse, the Sushumna nadi is in parallel to the median ie spinal cord. The
importance of this nadi is unique to us, to connect with our inner spiritual energy source
and to achieve totality in all these energy sources. Sushumna Nadi has seven energy centers,
which is called Plexus in Medical Science and is called Chakra in Yoga scriptures.

The triangular bone located at the end of the spinal cord is called serum bone and
mooladhar chakra in yoga scriptures, in which dormant energy is located in circular position.
The circle is called ‘Kundal’ in Sanskrit language; hence this power is called Kundalini Shakti.
With regular meditation, the energy flow of this power flows upward through the channels
of the nerves. This power flows through all the chakras coming in its path and illuminate the
energy located in the chakras. With the implementation of the dormant energy of the
chakras, all the body components related to the chakras begin to purify and Internal energy
situated in the chakras seems to be expressed in our personality, our nature and our
behaviour.

H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi has made this technique very simple and easy through simple
means of meditation which is implemented in a natural and spontaneous manner. (As per
time and situation, the co-ordinator should decide to play the video of Ramayana and as an
example Love- Kush learnt music, got pure knowledge and knowledge of scripture from
Saint Valmiki.)

The residual power, which is in sleeping state and located at the triangular bone, nurture all
the chakras and pierces the Sahastrar chakra.

It is not an imaginary subject because we can feel its uniformity. We can experience it in the
form of chaitnya Shakti on our fonetale bone area, on the palm and tips of fingers.

Shri Mataji visited the whole world and has spread Sahajayoga in many countries. Now
around in 40 countries, people are benefited by Sahajayoga.

The knowledge of chakras and nadis in the technique of Sahajayoga is entirely based on the
principles of medical science and on the principles of human body science
(human anatomy). Hence, this is a complete scripture. Continuous research is going on in
this topic in Sahajayoga Health and Research Centre in Mumbai. And for the treatment of
human body diseases, different techniques of Sahajayoga meditation method are used,
resulting in complete prevention of these diseases.

If you want to experience this energy to experience this unprecedented change in your own
uplift and your personality, then we request you all to follow the demonstration of a
summary of the meditation method. You all have the inner desire that your students be very
valuable to you, According to this Sanskrit phrase ‘Shishyaat icchhet Paraajayam', every guru
has this desire that your inner consciousness and divine energy awakens, its light reaches
your teaching, your students, and they also develop a strong desire to become like you. Your
discipline, creativity, your skills will become effective and useful tools for their future life.

Page | 12
Train the Trainers Program-2017

H.H.Shri Mataji’s statue is her symbolic presence. Humbly we pray to Shri Mataji that you all
experience in meditation, your inner energy. (Some necessary information for meditation
like while doing meditation removes shoes or sleepers and touches the Mother Earth.) Don’t
put your attention elsewhere but focus attention on your prayers. ) The more humble the
prayers will be, the meditation situation will be as deep. During meditation, arrange classical
music (Sitar, flute, etc.)

Method of Meditation:- Close your eyes, sit comfortably and put your attention on speed
of breath. Put attention on the breath which breathing in and out from both nostrils.
Increase the amount of breathing in and out from earlier, but at a moderate pace with
concentration. Repeat this 4-5 times.

Take a long deep breath and hold it inside for some time. Keep your attention on this.
Holding the entire breath slowly after clearing the lungs and the stomach full and
concentrating the target. Repeat this 4-5 times. Slowly normalize the breath.

Ask put your both hands in front and slowly close your eyes. After it, ask to put your right
hand on your heart. Prayer: Oh God, by Your Grace, I am a pure spirit. (Ask 5-6 times to
repeat).

Ask slowly to keep right hand on the forehead. Prayer: Oh God, by Your Grace, I forgive
everyone. I forgive myself too.

Ask slowly to keep right hand on top of the head (rotate in clockwise direction seven times).
Prayer: Oh God, Please give me my self-realisation. (Repeat it 7 times)

Ask to feel the vibrations on both hands and top of head. Different experiences of flowing
Chaitanya like hot or cool on the top of head, analyze them easily when they feel cold or hot
in the hand. Reduce the speed of thoughts and solve the problem by asking questions about
their concentration. Discuss in brief about the different experiences of all the participants.

(Session Co-ordinator should remember that at the time of realisation and meditation, while
taking affirmations, mention the name of H.H. Shri Mataji or alternative prayers like, Oh
God)

Short Follow-up Program

(15 mins)
Follow up-1
The energy which is sleeping state in Mooladhara located in the last of backbone is energies
through three channels in the whole body. These channels exist in the left, right and centre
of backbone. The transmutation of energies in sleeping state located at all chakras are
contained and balanced by these three channels.

Left side channel operates our emotional energy, desires and willpower. Right side channel
operates our thoughts related to think process, intellectual power, future planning.

As an example, a teacher desires to complete his syllabus of his subject within the stipulated
time. Preparation of lesson plans for completion of syllabus within time frame. Thus the
desire to complete the syllabus is planned through lesson plans.

If we are more attached to any desire and we are not getting results as per the desire, then
we get frustrated. That is, our position becomes unbalanced. Similarly, if we do any work
without any desire, then that work also becomes unbalanced, rude and indifferent.

Equity in will power and workforce, there should be balanced flow of energy to get balance
in both the channels. The inner energy influenced by Sahajayoga meditation will purify
these channels. This gives balance in our will power and workforce. This balance will give us
emotional, mental, intellectual and conceptual balance.

Method of meditation: First we will see all the steps and then we will close the eyes and
repeat these steps. First open your left hand and put on your lap. Put right hand on Mother
Earth and press it a little bit. Keep eyes closed.

Prayer: Oh God, Please absorb all the negativities of our left channel through Mother Earth.
(The hand which is on Mother Earth, ask whether they are feeling stretch between that
hand and Earth)

Now Right hand in front and fold left hand from elbow and keep it towards sky.
Prayer: Oh God, Please absorb all the negativities of our right channel through sky element.
(Ask whether they are feeling stretch from left hand towards sky)

Put both hands normally in front and then put right hand on heart.
Prayer: Oh God, by Your grace, I am a pure spirit. Oh God, Please come in my heart.

That same hand put on top of the head.

Prayer: H.H. Shri Mataji, Please give me my self-realisation.

Follow up-2
The middle channel located in our subtle system is called as Sushumna Naadi. This is the
middle path affecting the inner energy. This channel is present from end of back bone,
(sacrum bone) to top of the head, i.e. Sahastrar.

The main work of Sushumna naadi is to balance the flow of inner energy. On the path of this
nervous system, the neural plaques, which operate the function of the various components
of our body, are clusters of muscles. These are called chakras in yoga.

At the physical level Neural Plexus is responsible for the smooth implementation of the
physical organisms related to their composition and location. And the chakras are
implemented to maintain the operation, balance and purity of the internal energy related to
these components.

Through meditation, the flow of internal energy is moved upward and downwards, from the
bottom upwards. Dormant power located in the Scrum bone is transmitted by the route of
the Sushumna nadi, affecting the upper side and coming to the Sahasrara Chakra. In this
channel, chakras located in Sushumna nadi, becomes pure and all their effective energy
starts appearing in our personality, nature, ideological ability, intellectual capacity.

In brief, Sushumna nadi balances the flow of energy in Ida nadi and Pingla nadi and releases
energy located in chakras.

Example: In Follow up 1, we have discussed about the desire to complete the syllabus and
the ability to complete this desire through planning of lesson plan. The energy of Sushumna
nadi gives balance to both the poles. With this balance, our day-to-day work keeps on
excitement, creativity and patience. Even in adverse circumstances, we get balanced by
reaching our work in a balanced way.
(Guide the chakras on Sushumna nadi but give explanation of each chakra in next session).

Method of Meditation: Firstly, balance with new seekers. Ask them to keep both hands on
the ground to clean the sudumna nadi.
Prayer: Oh Mother Earth, please pull all the imbalances inside us, all kinds of impurities,
inertia in this land mother.
After that, ask the mind (or say our goal) to focus one-one chakra upwards (such as from
Mooladhara to Sahastrar) and place the chakra in our body and focus the chit. In the last,
ask to keep the attention on Sahastrar and pray while keeping right hand on Shastrar.

Prayer: H.H. Shri Mataji please gives us our self- realisation. Please stabilize our self-
realisation. (Play classical music)

(After meditation, compulsory ask about the feeling of vibrations on hands and top of the
head)

Follow up-3
Yesterday we have received information about our central nervous system (Ida, Pingla and
Sushumna channels) and brief review about the chakras. Now we will receive information
about chakras.
Every chakra is having different spiritual quality. These qualities or powers are in dormant
state inside us. Though they are not always exposed time but they cannot be completely
destroyed.
After Kundalini awakening, these qualities begin to manifest in our personality and life
naturally.
The first chakra is located below the sacrum bone and innocence, intelligence is its main
characteristic. From these qualities of this chakra, our personality develops inner dignity,
balance, understanding and explicit ideological abilities. Because of modern lifestyle, there
is adverse impact on these qualities but with the power of Mooladhara, they are
resurrected.
Second Chakra, Swadhisthan is the source of creativity, stability of mind and inner, natural
knowledge.
The third chakra, Nabhi gives us complete satisfaction and benevolence.
Circle of the outer periphery of the Nabhi chakra or the area of our entire stomach is called
as Bhavsagar. With this energy centre, our own gravity is established inside us.

Fourth Chakra is called as Hirdaya chakra or Anahat chakra which establishes fearlessness,
self-confidence, disease-resistant capacity in body.

Fifth Chakra is called as Vishuddhi Chakra which gives us paraphrase of voice, aptitude and
witness.

Sixth Chakra is called as Aganya Chakra which gives us forgiveness and compassion.

Seven Chakra is called as Shastrar Chakra. This chakra integrates all the qualities of all the
chakras. The power of this chakra is implemented to make us aware of the true nature of
our body, our nature and all the subject matter related to our lives. To make us aware the
essence of all the subjects, the energy of this chakra affects our nervous system and we can
experience this reflection through the flow of energy flowing in our hands.

We can also feel the divine energy flowing from our hands through top of our head,
fingertips of fingers of hands and legs. When the state of the chakras and energy is purified,
the effect of Chaitanya can be experienced as calm, cool waves.
When the physical organisms related to the chakra are afflicted with the diseases or on the
opposite or opposite nature of the energy or properties of the chakras, there is slight
tingling and heat or prick at the points mentioned above related to the chakras.

Page | 16
Train the Trainers Program-2017

Method of Meditation
First of all, put both hands on Earth and pray- “Oh Mother Earth, please absorb all the inner
negative thoughts of past and future”.

After this, ask to keep the right hand on our liver means lower portion of our right side
stomach where is our place of attention. Prayer: Oh Mother, please keep our attention
calm, steady and concentrate. (Ask to repeat it 4-5 times). Left hand open and towards
Mother, slowly raise attention on one by one chakra and keep it on Sahastrar. Ask to pray.
Prayer: H.H. Shri Mataji, please gives us our self-realisation (Repeat it 2-3 times). In this
state, sit for sometimes and do meditation. (During meditation, play audio of classical
music.)

WEEKLY SESSIONS
DURATION 30 MINUTES

SESSION-1
Mooladhara Chakra-

Sahajogya meditation technique is a unique method based on the direct perception of self-
realization (Kundalini awakening). This self-realisation can be received by every person.

With the regular practice of Sahajayoga meditation, one can experience awakening of inner
energy and the benefits of this realisation in his daily life.

We humbly keep the photograph of H.H. Shri Mataji in this program as she is the founder of
Sahajayoga and specialist in the subject of Sahajayoga. The effect of Chaitanya energy
remains in the presence of Shri Mataji by keeping Her image, which we can feel in
meditation after awakening of kundalini and self- realisation. For meditation, we can sit
comfortably on chair or Earth, keep both hands open, remove glasses from the eyes and
shoes or sleepers. (Directing the Subtle System Chart)

Review of all chakras: Three nadis have the main role in the subtle structure of the human
body; those are called as right and left sympathetic channels and centre channel as Para-
sympathetic channel. Left and right channels are called as Ida and Pingla nadis respectively.
Centre channel is called as Sushumna nadi. The channel group, which is parallel to the reed
bone on the path of the central channel, is called plexuses in medical science. These are the
source of infinite energy in our body, which we called as Chakra. From the origin of
backbone to top of head, there are mainly seven chakras. (Direct the place of chakras along
with their name in Subtle System Chart)

The energy located in the bottom of backbone, i.e. sacrum bone in circular form is called as
Kundalini.

In first lesson, we will receive information about the subject of Mooladhara Chakra. At the
bottom of backbone and sacrum bone, is called as Mooladhara. The energy centre located
downwards from sacrum bone is called as Mooladhara Chakra. In medical science, this
energy centre is also called as ‘Pelvic Plexus’. The process of emissions and reproduction is
done by this chakra in human body. (By keeping in mind the environment of school and
participants, we can tell the name of deities of the chakras)

On the physical level, the Mooladhara Chakra is the way in which the body acts as creativity
through the emission of waste products and reproduction, in the same way, by stimulating
the power of Mooladhara chakra, emit the impurity of thoughts, speech, sight and
behaviour of the person.

Page | 18
Train the Trainers Program-2017

In adverse situations, with the energy of Mooladhara chakra, we can keep ourselves safe
from negative person and his effect by keeping positive thinking with the strong conscious.
The energy of Mooladhara chakra establishes the clarity of vision and thought process. The
grasping of the subject and its reproduction is executed through the energy of Mooladhara
Chakra. Long remembrance power and the ability to work centred on our subject is growing
from Mooladhara Chakra. With the flow of energy of Mooladhara chakra, understanding of
moral values and moral behaviour establish automatically in students.

There is a deep sense of understanding develops in students with the increase of energy of
Mooladhara chakra. Deep sense of understanding from Mooladhara chakra is necessarily
required to perform efficiently in lesser time.

Like an example, Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan born in a small village in Madurai. Because of
bad financial situation, his father didn’t want him to go to school. But he got admission in
school because of his delusional intelligence, tactics and talents. This student became
famous in the form of scholar and ideal teacher in future. Similarly, when the Mooladhara
Chakra flows, then the person gives unusual talent and properties. Nevertheless Dr.
Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan was a patriotic and the second president of our country. Thus,
those have pure Mooladhara chakra, work for family, society or country. Because of the
meditation of the Sahajayoga, the Mooladhara chakra is implemented only then the person
becomes the wealth of the unusual talent.

Request to practice this method of meditation at home for the rest of the remaining week.

SESSION-1: (DURATION OF MEDITATION OF EVERY WEEKLY SESSION SHOULD

BE 12-15 MIN.)

Method of Meditation: Close eyes and sit comfortably, keep attention on the speed of
breathing.

Slowly reduce
the speed of breathing in and out i.e. less breath in and less breath out. Repeat this process
for sometimes slowly put attention on coming thoughts. You, yourself will realise that the
speed of thoughts will come down.

Put both the hands on Mother Earth and pray: H.H. Shri Mataji please absorbs all the
negativities, inertia through Mother Earth. Left hand open and in front of Shri Mataji, right
hand on Mother Earth, Prayer: H.H. Shri Mataji please gives innocence, inner consciousness.
H.H. Shri Mataji please gives us decision making power.

After this, keep right hand on centre Swadhisthan (wherever we keep right hand, the
attention will also be located there.) Then lifting up the right hand from central Nabhi to
central Aganya and then on Sahastrar. Ask to meditate for sometimes on Sahastrar.

(Ask about the feeling of chaityna after completion of every session. Ask to write the
feedback about the meditation at home and feeling of vibrations on hands and top of head.)

SESSION-2
Swadhisthan Chakra:

In the starting of session, should ask the participants about their practice of meditation,
experiences received from meditation and should motivate them to practice meditation by
themselves.

Repeat first session of Mooladhara chakra in brief.

Second energy centre, Swadhisthan is located in abdomen. Swadhisthan Chakra is
represented as Aortic Plexus in our body.

This energy centre executes creativity and thought process.

By reflecting the energy of fat in the energy required for the brain, this chakra speeds up our
ideological power.

It is most important to execute the energy of Swadhisthan chakra through integration of

mind, attention and focus. In the modern age of the competition, in the multi-faceted role
of teachers, they have to adhere to extra work, school administration, co-ordination with
senior people, and other family and social responsibilities, due to fatigue, mental stress,
excitement or sometimes disappointment.

With the continuous effect of these conditions, the teachers produce high blood pressure,
heart disease, spondylitis, diabetes, etc. Through Sahajayoga meditation, the energy of
Swadhisthan Chakra increases the efficiency of liver functioning, by which the body's heat is
absorbed and its discharge liver efficiently.

The energy of the Swadhishthan chakra in a subtle way keeps our attention calm, steady
and alert. Being stable of the attention, the person discharges responsibilities while enjoying
the work with the stability of his mind, without being influenced by the circumstances or
without the pressure of circumstances. In the unbalancing situations due to the power of
the mind, the energy of the Swadishthan chakra immediately gives balance to the mind.

The tendency to consider additional thoughts on a subject or planning more than the future,
destabilizes the concentration of the mind. The energy centre for concentration of attention
or mind is located in liver. Other than liver, Swadhisthan Chakra takes care of Pancreaticus,
uterus and function of intestines.

The disadvantage of insomnia is eliminated by regular meditation with the implementation

of the Swadhishthan chakra.

In the studies of students, the concentration of mind has endless importance. By regular
meditation, this concentration can easily be developed. By developing the stability of mind
and concentration of mind in the students, their personality becomes creative due to
enlightenment of Swadhisthan chakra in meditation.

Page | 21
Train the Trainers Program-2017

Due to enlightenment of power of Swadhisthan chakra, the awakening of creativity can

transform teaching skills of teachers.

By creating creativeism in day-to-day teaching, they simplify students with scrupulous and
difficult subjects with their expertise. Example: In our school days, some subjects like
Mathematics, English language, grammar taught by our teachers are still memorable.

Due to the dynamics of the creative person's work, he also completes the complicated task
easily.
The talent of the creative person is more talented than the others.

About Bandhan:

The bandhan is the integral part for the basic knowledge of Sahajayoga meditation.
Bhandhan is a conceptual action, by which we can use this energy for ourselves,
continuously by creating the chaitanya energy (Aura) that is received in meditation. We all
have experienced the flow of energy, less-more, from our hands during meditation. To
experience this chaitanya energy more affectively, we should know about the process of
bandhan. (Take the bandhan and ask participants to repeat this.) By taking bandhan
regularly before and after meditation, we conserve the received energy.

Method of Meditation:

Do balancing. Ask to put the right hand on Swadhisthan Chakra.

Prayer: H.H. Shri Mataji please gives me pure desire. (Repeat it 5-6 times)
Now keep left hand on right Swadhisthan. (Please tell about the place of chakra)

Prayer: Oh God, please concentrate our attention and make it stable or calm.

After that, put the right hand on the top of head and place it on Sahastrar and pray.
“H.H. Shri Mataji please stabilizes and strengthens our self- realisation”.

SESSION-3
Foot-Soaking:-

There is a major role of five elements for the functioning of human body. This classical
theory is recognized in Ayurvedic science and other Compositions. These five elements are
Fire, water, Earth, air and sky.

There is an imbalance between our thoughts and habits, eating habits, busy routines,
seasons, and our chakras and nadis due to the environment. There is imbalance in our
physical and mental state due to imbalance in chakras and nadis. As a result, our
concentration gets imbalanced. There is imbalance because of these habits in all age group
of people in this modern age lifestyle.

In the Sahajayoga meditation technique, H.H. Shri Mataji has revised classical method of
foot soaking to overcome this imbalance. (Show tab and salt water treatment).

In a water filled tub, chemical reaction takes place between water and salt (Nacl). Salt
water, by forming a replica of both feet of anode and cathode, pulls the body's heat from
our feet, the exhaustion of the brain, and the negative nature of the negative chemicals
created by the internal chemical function of the body.

Diagram

In the present elements of salt water, the water of salt geometry represents the burning
problem, so that the other chakras, the elements of the chakras, the nadis are clean.

Usually Doctor also recommends this method.

Everyday 10 mins before going to sleep, foot- soaking eliminates fatigue of the body and
mind. As a result, you feel refreshed by deep sleep. For focused attention in the morning
meditation, this process is very useful.

In this session of foot-soaking, ask teachers to do foot-soak and follow this method of
meditation.

Do Balancing
Ask to keep the attention on central Mooladhara chakra. Prayer: “H.H. Shri Mataji please
takes all the negativities of Mooladhara chakra, inertia, heat into this water.”

Similarly ask to keep attention and our right hand on centre Swadhisthan. Prayer: “H.H. Shri
Mataji please takes all the negativities of Mooladhara chakra, inertia, heat into this water.”
Similarly keeping hand on every centre chakra and praying for every chakra. In the last, keep
attention on Sahastrar and play classical music and ask to sit in this thoughtless state of
meditation for some time.

SESSION-4
Nabhi Chakra:

MEDICAL ASPECT:

The structure of the central channel system that operates the body components operating
in the area of our nabhi is called solar plexus. Solar Plexus controls large intestine, stomach
and partly functioning of liver in our body. The work of controlling the biological effects of
spleen is related to this plexus. The energy centre related to solar plexus is called as Nabhi
chakra or Manipur chakra.

With the movement of energy located in the Nabhi chakra, this pure energy is transmitted
in body parts related to Solar plexus, as a result the inaccuracy of these organs or their
related illnesses can be completely removed from the body. Due to regular meditation, the
Nabhi Chakra or Solar Plexus is full of energy, due to which the symptoms of these ailments
are not re-developed.

Stomach disorders, partly disorders related to liver, disorders related to major intestine.
High thinking about food generates tension in this energy centre.

PROFESSIONAL ASPECT:

As the work of our physical components runs smoothly through the Solar Plexus, in the
same way, the power of the energy centre of the Nabhi Chakra is awakening; the following
legislative powers are operated / employed in our personality:

 Inner peace
 Patience
 Satisfaction in all the phases of life
While meeting the pace of modern life, we have to compete with our capacity. Expectations
that continue to grow in the professional life, and the pull of our capabilities in order to
meet them, lead to mental stress. Negative Thought for failure to match the pace of fast
lifespan increases stress.

The way mental stress disturb peace of mind, similarly it has an adverse effect on body
parts. Regular transmissions of the energy of the nabhi chakra are developed in this
background, stagnation inside our inner peace or nature develops. The main characteristic
of which is that we get upset by the nervousness in daily work day.

With the establishment of inner peace, there is a fundamental change in the way of
thinking/ process of thinking towards day-to-day affairs. It is important, that in the person
itself, due to the stoppage of energy from the umbilical cord, the problems (if they are in the
form of circumstance or in the form of a person) appear to be an opportunity or challenge
without being a problem.

Page | 24
Train the Trainers Program-2017

Benefits of meditation on Nabhi Chakra:

An important feature of the energy of the Nabhi Chakra is that it is established in our nature
which is patience. All teachers working in professional life have to work with utmost
patience towards the constant development of their students. By explaining students with
different intellectual abilities, developing their understanding of the subject and getting
good results in the examinations, patience is always appropriate and necessary in order to
be employed.

If students do not have patience, then they get imbalance in adverse situation or stressful
environment of exam. On the failure to achieve desired results, instead of understanding
the subject or adopting a hard working approach, they are surrounded by deep negative
thoughts.

The position of complete solution towards all phases of life is gradually established in the
seeker by the energy of Nabhi Chakra. In reality, every person seeks complete solution in his
life. It is amazing that the complete solution, without being an external subject matter,
reflects the internal mental state coming from the awakening of the divine properties of the
Nabhi chakra and the ideological maturity in our nature.

A fully satisfied person is like a “king of happiness”, because the external conditions are
stagnant or they are not worried about it because they immediately adapt themselves to
those situations.

With the complete solution being established, in the professional life style, we leave the
nature of the people around us, the system, the situation of brain-fixing, complaining or
making unnecessary excuses.

The subtle element of this energy centre is the development of human religion in human
beings which is related to the behaviour of each person. The main attribute of Gold is that it
does not leave its original colour, so the power of this energy centre encourages a person to
stay on the element of his human religion.

Method of Meditation:

Do balancing of all the three channels. Then ask to put attention on centre Mooladhara.

Prayer: H.H. Shri Mataji please makes us innocent. (Meditation for some time)
Keep attention on centre Swadhisthan. (Right hand on centre Swadhisthan)
Prayer: H.H. Shri Mataji please gives us pure knowledge. (Meditation for some time)
Then keep attention on centre Nabhi. Keep right hand on centre Nabhi)
Prayer: H.H. Shri Mataji please makes complete satisfy. H.H. Shri Mataji please give us
patience.

Then keep right hand on Sahastrar and stabilize the attention. Here play an audio clip of
H.H. Shri Mataji. (Remember the speech should be for new seekers)

SESSION 5
Bhavsagar
MEDICAL ASPECT:

 Solar Plexus or Nabhi Chakra is associated with the condition of the nabhi center of
our stomach and the whole round of the stomach, the internal organ is influenced by
the energy center of Bhavsagar. In the detailed description of the Nabhi Chakra, the
information about the body and the health of our body, the relation of the
Bhavsagar is more or less related to those same body parts.
 Just as obstruction in the operation of the body parts related to the Nabhi Chakra,
the energy of the Nabhi Chakra becomes impaired, in the same way the energy of
the Bhavsagar is also affected by the operation of these components. That means
the energy of the Bhavsagar is continuously weak due to the emergence of disorders
or ailments in the related body parts. In order to keep these components functioning
smoothly, the effect of energy related to Bhavsagar is pure and continuous.

PROFESSIONAL ASPECT:

 The teacher's life is not based solely on a professional personality, but the
foundation of the social life of the future is based on the education, rites, ideas and
decision-making ability given by them.
 On a whole generation of students, the gravity, decision ability, ability to identify
qualified, disciplined teachers, and discipline are deeply influenced by them.
 If there is a lack of these basic qualities in a teacher, in the changing educational
environment, in the era of competition and in the dynamic lifestyle, if the teacher
fails to establish these basic qualities in his personality, then he will not be able to do
full justice from his responsibilities. In their changing environments, teachers who
maintain these qualities permanently can easily see the effect of these qualities in
their students.
 While entering the school, the children's parents (parents) are confident about the
future of the children by expecting the same quality of teachers. Therefore, in the
business life of the teachers, the energy of Bhavsagar and its development qualities
are of utmost importance.
 In addition to regular teaching, fast decision ability, timely decision, decision
uninfluenced by people and situation around, in other responsibilities enables the
power of Bhavsagar to develop these qualities. Example: In our day-to-day business
life, our seniority and cooperative people related to the current situation have a
profound effect on the enormity and egoism. With the power to be reflected from
the Bhavsagar, we can rise above these problems and make decisions independently.

Page | 26
Train the Trainers Program-2017

How meditation on void helps?

With regular meditation, when our Kundalini Shakti enters into Sahastrar after purifying the
area of bhavsagar, then our underlying gravity awakens. The meaning of gravity is not only
in the spiritual context, but it is expected to have complete uninterrupted decision-making
ability, a deep understanding of right or wrong, continuous continuation towards its work
and full control over its own abilities as a result.

Upon awakening the energy of Bhavsagar with regular meditation, the effect of the above
mentioned energy starts appearing in our personality.

Our decisions, ideological arrogance, other decisions of the people are not compulsive
decisions, but they are completely unaffected and absolute decisions.

To establish these qualities, we do not have to do any brainchild or any external oscillation,
but this positive energy starts functioning smoothly.

Those decisions which are taken after receiving energy from Bhavsagar are very dynamic.

In the modern era, some obscure persons misuse people's emotions and direct their
direction, which promotes superstition.

The discretion power awakened through energy centre of bhavsagar, deepens the thoughts
of the person, deepen the thinking ability.

Method of Meditation:

Do Balancing. Keep attention one by one on each chakra like from centre Mooladhara to
centre Nabhi. Then ask to keep our attention on Bhavsagar. Keep right hand on the centre
of stomach. Prayer: H.H. Shri Mataji please awakens Guru Principle within us. (do
meditation for some time.)

Then keep attention on top of head and meditate for some time. (Play audio of classical
music.)

SESSION-6
CENTRE HEART:
MEDICAL ASPECT:

 The Neural Plexus located in the middle of chest is called as Cardiac Plexus in science. It is
mainly for the composition of our heart and the movement of the heart. The whole body
stops functioning once the heartbeat stops. The function of heart is most important in
comparison to any other part of the body.
 We address it as Anahat Chakra or Hirday Chakra in the language of Yoga. The way function
of heart is very important in our body because it purifies our blood and circulates blood in
the whole body. Similarly Hirday Chakra has a very important relation with our personality
and daily life.
 The antibodies working in our body, which are called as red blood cells and white bold cells
in science, their formation and circulation occur through the muscles located near the
cardiac plexus. Heart Chakra or Anahat chakra is an important part in the creation and
circulation of these antibodies.
 In the purification of the chakra, the heart's work moves smoothly at the physical level.
Similarly the antibodies, which are produced in the body, actively perform its functions.
Generally the seeker, who is doing meditation regularly, will not have diseases related to
heart chakra. Like that, the antibodies of such seeker, because these function actively, have
strong immune system of the body.

Example: With regular meditation, antibodies develop by which the seekers usually do not
have viral infections.

PROFESSIONAL ASPECT:

 In our daily life, business life, especially working in academic field, it is very
important that we should work with full confidence and fearlessness. While
explaining any subject to students, if we are not fully confident, then the same self-
confidence starts appearing in the students while understanding the subject.
 Related to Professional Seniors and higher Officers, our confidence in daily routine,
discussion correspondence is our greatest asset. Due to lacking of self- confidence,
there is adverse impact on our mental and intellectual stress. As a result, there is an
opposite and miserable result on the level of our daily routine, level of our family life
and our personal, physical and mental state.
 Even if we are confident in our daily business life, due to mental stress due to our
non-cooperation by senior officials or co-workers, our level of functioning decreases,
but our health is adversely affected. As a result, our family life also gets disturbed.
We are unable to give sufficient time to our family and children.

Page | 28
Train the Trainers Program-2017

How meditation on Heart Chakra helps:

 By meditating in the Heart Chakra of the seeker, the way the heart's ailments
disappear at the physical level and the immune system develops. In the same way,
the seeker gets full confidence from the development of the heart chakra. This self-
confidence appears in his behaviour, voice and small or big decisions taken in daily
life.
 Due to complete self-confidence, the seeker can do his job in the state of stress, in
the state of pressure and opposition, in peace and stability.
 With the development of the heart cycle, the nature of the seeker becomes simple,
calm and very respectful to others. This temperament transforms not from outside
but from inside in a seeker. Because of which we need not to speak good or to
behave good from outside, as this become our nature. A seeker is capable to search
the correct solution of any problem because of his calm and simple nature.
 Such people are extremely effective due to the combination of full confidence,
simple and calm nature. This effect is easily seen in their personal life and family.
This situation has been told to experience the state of bliss of truth by the saints.

Few Examples:

 Due to the self- confidence develops from the energy of Heart Chakra; there is an
improvement in the skill of presentation of teachers.

Method of Meditation:

Keep both hands on Mother Earth. Prayer: “H.H. Shri Mataji please absorbs all the
heaviness of body, excess thoughts of past and future, excess heat of body through
Mother Earth.”

Keep both the hands in front; ask to keep the attention on centre Mooladhara
Chakra. Prayer: “H.H. Shri Mataji please gives us Sat chit vivek and Mangalya.” Slowly
keep right hand on centre Nabhi. Prayer: “H.H. Shri Mataji please gives us complete
satisfaction.” Slowly keep right hand on centre Heart chakra. Prayer: “H.H. Shri
Mataji please gives us complete fearlessness and self-confidence.” Then slowly keep
attention on the top of head and meditate for some time. (Play audio of classical
music).

SESSION-7
Vishuddhi Chakra
MEDICAL ASPECT:

 Neural Plexus (group of channels) near the throat located in our throat is called
cervical plexus in medical science. Its main function is to control our throat, neck,
vocal cord and nose, eyes composition and its job is to run these smoothly.
 Cervical plexus is addressed as Vishuddhi Chakra. On the physical level, the way
cervical plexus control the functioning of nose, eyes and throat. Similarly the most
effective part of our personality i.e. our voice, way of talking, effect of voice,
selection of words, on all of these, there is a deep impact on the Vishuddhi Chakra.
 The nasal stem associated with the nose, the problems of sinus, etc., away from the
purification of this chakra. The physical components associated with the throat, neck
and ear, become strong and healthy with the purification of this chakra.

PROFESSIONAL ASPECT:

 The way we talk about our daily business life and the choice of words have a
profound effect on our relationships with other people. With the purification of the
Vishuddhi Chakra, the ease of speech and ability to explain a topic arises. Due to this
effect, the person employed in the educational field can teach his subject very easily,
effective from his speech. The level of the audience, such knowledgeable people,
instantly simplifies the subject with their words. Many such examples are found in
our history.
 Domination is important in professional life, otherwise we cannot express any
knowledge of any subject, because we cannot keep our point effectively in front of
others.

How meditation on Vishuddhi Chakra helps:

 With the purification of the Vishuddhi Chakra, our speech becomes very simple and
balance. Due to simplicity in speech and selection of words, t here comes sweetness in
our speaking to any person. It becomes our inner nature. Due to purification of
vishuddhi chakra, this inner nature works by its own. We need not to show off.
 Collective being awakens in our personality due to purification of vishuddhi chakra
like if we are doing any work in collectively, then we complete the work in collective
with respecting everyone. There will not be any dispute in team work by doing
regular meditation. If a dispute arises, then immediately a person can resolve the
dispute with his simple voice. In educational field, so many things are to be done in
collective, that’s why it is most important to purity vishuddhi chakra.
 The ability to work in team with sweetness and simplicity develops in nature and
Control of mental stress caused by the behaviour of others also gets control.
 It is important that the person should experience the Divine vibrations in meditation.
After purification of Vishuddhi chakra only, we can experience Divine power on our

Page | 30
Train the Trainers Program-2017

subtle system. We feel this experience on our palm and end of fingers. After
experiencing Divine power, then only we are fully confident about our powers.

Method of Meditation:

Do balancing. Keep attention on centre Mooladhara. Be quiet for a few moments. Then
slowly keep attention like this on centre Swadhisthan, centre Nabhi, centre Anahat, centre
Vishuddhi chakra. Prayer: “H.H. Shri Mataji please gives us power to work in collectively.”
(Meditate for some time). Then keep right hand on left vishuddhi chakra and rotate neck
little bit towards right. Prayer: “H.H. Shri Mataji by Your Grace I am not guilty at all”
(Meditate for some time)

Keep right hand down, and then keep left hand on right vishuddhi chakra. Prayer: “H.H. Shri
Mataji please sweetens our voice” (Meditate for some time). Keep both the hands in front
and attention on Sahastrar. Meditate for some time.

SESSION-8
Aganya Chakra

MEDICAL ASPECT

 In brain, where optic nerves cross each other, that place is called as Aganya Chakra.
This chakra takes care of Pituitary and Pineal glands. Because this chakra also take
care of eyes, that’s why keep looking at all the time films, computer, television,
books, etc. weaken this chakra.
 Too many intellectual acrobatics (thinking too much on small matters, negative
thoughts) interrupt this chakra and this creates ego in a person. The way imbalance
comes in eyes due to imbalance in Aganya chakra. In the same way, the imbalance
appears in the situation of thoughts. When the power of the Agnaya chakra becomes
dry, the person gets angry soon. Because of too much anger, he will be able to
forgive any one. Due to more anger, indigestion, hypertension, headache, insomnia,
and consequently diseases related to heart can occur.

PROFESSIONAL ASPECT

 It is very important to develop aganya chakra of teachers who are in educational

field. In the teaching work, teachers have to teach different and the intellectual level
students the difficult and difficult words in the appropriate and simple terms.
Therefore teachers are required to work continuously in a balance of mental and
ideological intuition, calm nature and long term. In this, the role of the aganya
chakra is unique.
 Unexpected behaviours of students, undisciplined behaviour and persistent
persuasion, even if they are not ready to understand, the anger become instinctive.
But its impact on teachers' quality of work and their personal lives. Due to
purification of aganya chakra, the person's conceptual abilities and temperament
starts to cool down. Apart from that, the teacher can be more concentrated on his
subject by keeping himself in balance and witnessing in anger situations.
 Apart from teaching, teachers in day-to-day administration of the school have to do
very important projects, cultural activities, value education activities, other
administrative tasks, in all these; they have to use their conceptual and mental
energy. While fulfilling this task with the help of senior and cooperative, you have to
take care of all these things, not giving yourself self-conceptual stability, mental
peace, and unnecessary reactions. In order to stabilize all these elements in our
personality, it is extremely essential to purify the aganya chakra.

How meditation helps on Aganya Chakra

 With the regular meditation, the energy of aganya chakra awakens, by which the
effect of ego and superego is very less on our personality and by ease; the person
becomes calm and simple.

Page | 32
Train the Trainers Program-2017

 The ego, that is, by the nature of your personality or ideas, the role of holding an
unnecessary aggressive role for others, is seen in our personality and ideological
abilities. On the other hand, due to super-egoism, there is a defect in the daily work
of lowering or lowering the expectations of others. Both of these mental conditions
are extremely unbalanced. Due to these people unable to give 100% of their
performance.

With the regular meditation, the development of the Aganya chakra, both types of faults
start removing and the following changes occur.

 By removing the effect of ego from the nature of the person, these remedies begin
to dispel the nature of aggression, aggressive thinking, speech aggression, anger
response, and the absence of others. As a result, on our daily work like teaching,
other administrative work. We are working, being calm, stable and dynamic. Because
of the ego, the use of unnecessarily destroyed intellectual energy, we do more
effectively in teaching the subject, solving students' problems and in other
administrative work.
 Due to the impediment due to the super ego, we do not understand our power and
efficiency, due to which we do not accept new challenges, initiating new projects,
studying the allied branches of subjects, accepting leadership in event arrangement,
presenting yourself clearly before the superiors or the management. With the
evolution of the aganya chakra, by eliminating the shortcomings of our thoughts, full
self-esteem towards self and full confidence in the capacities of our own self are
employed.
 It is not necessary to do all this amazingly externally, but because of this internal
process, this change is reflected in our nature.
 With the influence of ego and super ego, the person remains focused in the thoughts
of himself. Because of which, he does not take seriously the suggestions and
thoughts of others. The person can always self-analyse and self-improvise in the
work of teaching with due diligence after the aganya chakra becomes pure. Because
he always accept the better qualities of others to develop in his teaching method.

Method of Meditation:

Do balancing. Keep attention on centre Mooladhara chakra.

Prayer: “H.H. Shri Mataji please removes all our inner negativities.”
Slowly keep attention on centre Vishuddhi. Prayer: “H.H. Shri Mataji please gives us power
of voice” (Meditate for some time).
Keep right hand and attention on Aganya chakra. Prayer: “H.H. Shri Mataji please makes us
patience and forgiveness”. ”If knowingly or unknowingly committed any mistake, please
forgive us”. Keep right hand on Sahastrar and rotate hand in clockwise direction for seven
times. Prayer: “H.H. Shri Mataji please stabilizes our self-realisation”. (Meditate for some
time.)

SESSION-9
SAHASTRAR CHAKRA

The energy centre located in the Limbic Area in brain is called as Sahastrar Chakra. As per
medical science, 1000 cells are located in a department of the brain located slightly below
the part of the palate of the head. Although there is a discussion of different ideas or facts
about the number of cells in advanced medical science, but many scientists, psychologists,
have a closer look at the medical science experts about the narrow composition and human
capabilities of the human brain.

In this narrow composition of the brain, there is another power inherent in the powers
contained in it, which is implemented spontaneously. Many scientists, like Einstein have
very seriously explained in relation to their discovery that while working on the analysis of
theory of relativity, they were feeling completely tired using their imagination and
intellectual abilities, it was only a self-evident that the thoughts came to his mind and the
entire theory of relativity became clear to him.

That is, knowledge of these great capabilities of the human brain and its use cannot be
obtained from intellectual processes only, in the same way we cannot use these capabilities
only with our ideological and intellectual outbursts. That’s why, the energy centre located in
our brain, which is called as Sahastrar Chakra, we should learn the circulation, transmission
and use of this energy. By implementing the Sahasrara Chakra located in our brain through
the Sahajayoga meditation technique, it is easily possible to know, experience and use these
powers in our daily life.

In the present system of teaching, teachers have to play multi-dimensional role in their
professional life. Teachers have to play and balance three roles, i.e. the role of father,
mother and teacher, in front of students. They have to adjust themselves with the
colleagues and students in daily work. Sometimes, they have to adjust unwillingly.

In the professional life, responsibilities have to be done with humility, consistency, duty
bound, self- motivation, in dealing with the superiors. If there is no complete co-operation
in the day-to-day working of seniors, there is an adverse comment to performance on the
reverse analysis of the work.

It is necessary to maintain the same consistency in teachers' personal family life as many
lady teachers put all their abilities in fulfilling their two responsibilities.

That means, our ideological, intellectual, physical, mental abilities will be easily reflected
and reflected in our personality, we will be able to take effective responsibilities of all types
of responsibilities from our overall personality.

The balance personality that holds all its abilities in full is called as multi-tasking in modern
management. In fact, the life of teachers too is multi-tasking personality.

Page | 34
Train the Trainers Program-2017

Benefits of Sahajayoga Meditation:

With the implementation of the energy of the Sahasrara Chakra in regular meditation,
integration is established in the subtle energy located on all our chakras. It means the most
important work to integrate different energies located in all chakras, is done by Sahastrar
Chakra.

If this energy does not converge to a thread, then the effective power of a chakra in our
personality will weaken the power of the other chakras, so the energy enlightened in all
chakras through meditation should tie to a thread, it should impact our nature, our thinking
and methodology of work. Thus it is essential to awaken this energy of Sahastrar Chakra
through regular meditation.

Like if our heart chakra’s energy enlighten and increases our self-confidence but to balance
it, the energy of our vishuddhi chakra and aganya chakra not enlightened, then because of
imbalance, our behaviour will be offensive, aggressive, and our voice will also be aggressive.
With the energy of Sahastrar, there is coordination, control and balance in the energies of
all the chakras.

Similarly, if the energy of Swadhisthan chakra weakens in a self-confident person, then his
concentration will not be strong. If the imbalance of Mooladhara not improved, then there
will not be any impact of moral values in such a person’s life.

In brief, somewhere we lack in consistent development in our personal life due to imbalance
in our energies. Once this important energy of Sahastrar chakra, which is located in our
brain, develops then there will be complete balance inside us.

With the complete balance, our perception towards our responsibilities, our family and
work, will change easily and we experience the happiness which is hidden in all these.

In scriptures, it is described in these words as the way of endurance, the state of equality,
the transit path.

The basic qualities of the Sahasrara Chakra are to move beyond the personal definitions of
hidden happiness and sorrow in us and implement the power of being happy, energized,
and enthusiastic in all situations.

Due to complete balance, the person always experiences natural joy and energy within
himself.
(Add: Why to meditate on Sahastrar/ experience of energy on Sahastrar therefore)

Method of Meditation: Balancing of both the channels. Raise attention slowly one by one
on each chakra and keep it on Sahastrar. Prayer: “H.H. Shri Mataji please gives us
thoughtless state. Please give us Nirananda.” Ask to keep attention on Sahastrar and play
music on Sitar.

SESSION-10
Detailed Information about Ida & Pingla Nadi

Human nervous system is divided into two parts:

1. Intermediate nervous system

2. Automatic nervous system

In these, automatic nervous system is divided into these two parts:

1. Sympathetic
2. Parasympathetic

Ida Nadi: The left side is called as Ida Nadi. In subtle system, this nadi is called as
sympathetic nervous system. It starts from the Mooladhara chakra and goes from the left
side to the circle of the mirage. This nadi crosses at Aganya chakra and comes to right side.

This nadi is also called as Moon Channel. Left side area is related to our past. Those who
think about past, worried about past, who feels guilty about their past, such people are
affected by past or left sympathetic channel. Such people are depressed, afraid and worried.
Such people expect from others all the time, and get disappointed when such expectations
are not fulfilled. Such people are not sociable and cannot enjoy anything. As a result, it also
affects our work.

It affects their physical health and they may have diseases like mental disorder, migraine,
fits, depression and cancer.

If teachers create happy and positive environment at the time of teaching, teach them with
pleasure and mingle them, then their teaching will be more effective and students can
understand the subject easily. Due to the negative tendency of understanding everything
inauspicious, we harm our Left side.

Due to the energy of Ida Nadi becomes weaken, the person gets emotional. And too much
emotion of teachers is not good for students. Because of which, teachers cannot control the
class.

We get pure will power because of left side channel. Man is implemented by willpower only.

Due to lacking of willpower, teachers teaching will be just only teaching. But teachers can
make students capable and good person with their pure desire so that they can raise the
name of their school. Such teachers are reminiscent and students also remember such
teachers after so many years. Example: Savitribai Phule, ladies are literate because of her
pure desire who struggled with every problem, found her way and succeeded her work.

Pingla Nadi: Right side is called as Pingla Nadi. In subtle system, this nadi is called as
sympathetic nervous system. It starts from the Swadhisthan chakra and goes from the right
side to Aganya chakra. At Aganya chakra, it goes to opposite direction and penetrates
Sahastrar. Due to the greater effect of physical heat and intellectual thinking power, this
nadi is also called Sun Channel.

With our willpower implemented, the energy of the Ida Nadi flows, but the success of the
work is not only by the desire. It has to be operated with work force, which is the function of
Pingala Nadi. In brief, pure desire is operated by Ida Nadi and work force is operated by
Pingla Nadi.

The uncontrolled and imbalanced use of Pingala Nadi’s power makes the person aggressive
and stout. Example: Over thinking and over planning, imbalanced workaholic nature makes
this nadi’s power unbalance which makes the person aggressive. Because of which, people
show unnecessary heads on others, humiliate others, and aggressive and disrespectful of
them, all these defects come to human beings. Due to imbalanced ego of a person, there is
negative effect on his body like blood pressure, haemorrhoids, insomnia, heart disorders,
and kidney disorder.

Individual relationships with students are influenced by additional aggressive role in the
professional life of teachers. Though to maintain discipline is the indivisible role of teachers,
but with the aggressive and imbalance behaviour towards the students, they do not even
understand the subject by fear and also they are shy about expressing their curiosity. The
effect of which appears in their result and personality.

With the balance of willpower and workforce in teaching, teachers can use new techniques
to make the subject easy and interesting. With this balance, by removing the cumbersome
tendency towards work, the surrender is awakened and we have to work harder in the
work, it is pleasurable and satisfying.

These balanced behaviours or reflections of teachers leave a profound effect on students'

personality.

Method of Meditation: Do balancing of all the three channels. Keep attention one by one
on all the chakras and then keep it on left heart. Keep right hand on left heart. Prayer: “H.H.
Shri Mataji, please come to our heart. Please give us meditative state.” Slowly keep
attention on Sahastrar and meditate. (Play any instrumental music).
