Aiming to ensure the continuity of quality learning the In-Service Training for Teachers of Manaring
Integrated School wasorganized.I am very interested in teacher education and would like to be more
updated in thenew norm. I knew that the INSET would require me to gain more knowledge that willhelp
me to improve my skills to better serve my students and organization. There was agreat variety of tasks
and topics, all of which provided me with a different perspective toteach. This INSET reminded me that
having a high EQ can better manage interpersonalrelationship with your students and co-teachers that
can make the learning and workingenvironment lighter, stressless and conducive.Intelligence is waste
without properattitude towards life,self,parents,friends and world.You may be respected for
yourintelligence. But you will be remembered for your behaviour and attitude.Pride blocks our
opportunity to grow and learn as individuals. Humility is directlyrelated to our ability and willingness to
learn. Humble people are better learners andproblem solvers. So even if we’re already professionals
