HIGLIGHTS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION

A. STRENGTHS OF THE PROGRAM/ POSITIVE EXPERIENCES/ COMMENTS

The JDVP 2023 implementation serves as the conduit to a successful TVL program of the school, the
school administration, teachers, parents, and student beneficiaries were very cooperative, and the JDVP
TVI partner, Rams Art Training and Assessment Center, Inc. is very diligent in providing training in
Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II resulting all beneficiaries were able to master the
competencies of the specialization EIM NC II and found COMPETENT during their Competency
Assessment. They are now job ready because they are already certified electricians.

B. ISSUES, CHALLENGES AND RESOLUTIONS

The challenge was the distance of the TVI Partner training center from our school, we managed this
challenge by coordinating with the TVI partner management and come up with the decision that the TVI
shall offer a boarding house at the training center, and the students shall only contribute a little amount
for the electricity and water bill to minimize expenses of transportation and the risks of our students.

C. LESSONS LEARNED/ INSIGHTS

Collaboration and coordination with TVI JDVP partner is a must, the DEPED school and the TVI partner
must work hand in hand to come up with a successful implementation of JDVP.
