The ways to express our feelings will also vary; therefore we need to add a new vocabulary about various
feelings.
To express feelings in English sentences, it is closely related to adjectives or adjectives. Because, most
feelings fall into the category of adjectives in English.
With that, to express our feelings we can use the following format:
I + am + adjective (+ prepositions + object)
atau
I’m feeling + adjective
Example:
• I’m really proud of your achievement
• I’m glad to see you
• I’m feeling better
• I’m so full, that was a quite big portion of fries!
• I’m confused about Mr. Darwin’s explanation
• I’m hungry, I need to eat something
• I’m starving, I didn’t have my breakfast
• I’m a bit sad today
• Would you like to walk me to my room? I’m afraid of darkness
