Lesson Plan for Grade 8 English (4A’s)

I. Objective: Learning Outcomes

At the end of this lesson, the students must able to:

a) Determine various social, moral, and economic issues discussed


in the text;

b) Demonstrate empathy for the characters;

c) Realize the value of being honest.

Subject Matter

Topic: Determining various social, moral and economic issues discussed


in the text listened to
A short story fiction/Work of realism: The Necklace by Guy de
Maupassant

Materials: Books, Papers, Pencils, Personal Computers (MS word),
Worksheets, and Pictures.

II. Procedure

A. Preliminaries
