COURSE DESCRIPTION : This course is designed to enhance the


knowledge, skills and attitude in
Housekeeping specifically it covers, to
provide housekeeping services to guest,
prepare room for guest, clean premises,
provide valet service , launder linen and
guest clothes

MODULE DESCRIPTOR : This module deals with the knowledge, skills


and attitude in handling or dealing with
intoxicated guests at the workplace. It
includes the knowledge and skills on how to
determine the level of intoxication, proper
approach, application of appropriate
procedure and the knowledge on legislation
for alcoholic drinks.
