Re: In Principie Sanction for Housing Loan
Thank you for choosing Bank of Baroda India's International Bank for a Home Loan.
We refer to your loan application for availing a Home loan.
We are pleased to inform you that based on the information and details furnished
by you in your application, we are agreeable in principle to sanction you the
Housing loan of Rs.2,70,00.000/- subject to compliance of other terms and
conditions applicable to Home loans.

6) Actual sanction amount may vary based on the property Cost and Margin
Norms.
7) if Liability insurance availed ROl concession of .05% will be provided on
applicable RO!.
Please Note that yoU Cannot demand above mentioned Home Loan as a matter
of Right. The Bank has only examined your eligibility for Home Loan and Bank's
decision shall be final in respect of acceptance of property as security for Home
Loan.
Disbursement of loan will be made after completion of formalities mentioned in
the sanction letter and after execution of necessary documents by you. Please
quofe our in principle reference number in all your future correspondences.
