B. DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PERSONS-IN-
CHARGE
1. Prominently post and display “No Smoking” signage in the locations
most visible to the public where smoking is prohibited, including
vehicles.

2. Provide an outdoor smoking area

3. Post a statement in a clear and conspicuous manner: “Selling of

cigarettes or other tobacco products not allowed within 100 meters
from (school/etc.) perimeter”

4. Post a statement in a clear and conspicuous manner: “Sale/

Distribution of tobacco products to minors is unlawful”
C. PENALTIES
1. Penalty such as fines is imposed on violators of the ordinance

2. The establishment that violates the ordinance shall be suspended and

revocation of license

3. Violators unable to pay the fines imposed may choose to render

community service to the city
4. Violators of the ordinance are informed of their violation and the
penalty associated with such violation by means of the Citation Ticket
System
