thatenable ese of grievance lodging and tracking for citizens” submitted by
Aman Yadav and Abhishek Kumar has been carried out under the guidance of
Dr. Hare Ram Singh, Computer Science & Engineering, Greater Noida Institute
of Technology(GNIOT), Greater Noida.
We are highly indebted to Dr. Hare Ram Singh for his guidance and constant
supervision as well as for providing necessary information regarding the project
& also for their support in completing the project.
Through AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML),
citizens can articulate their grievances in their own words across various digital
platforms. This technology swiftly categorizes and prioritizes complaints,
ensuring they reach the right departments or authorities for prompt resolution.
The system's real-time tracking feature empowers citizens to monitor the status
of their complaints, providing updates and maintaining transparency throughout
the resolution journey. AI's predictive analytics capabilities also aid in
suggesting potential solutions based on past cases, expediting the grievance
resolution process.
Civic Tech and Citizen Engagement: Investigate how AI-powered tools can
