 Wearing and changing of Chef’s Uniform inside and outside the kitchen is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
 Surrender the ID of the student to the Culinary Assistant before the start of the laboratory class.

For me, my ate did a great job on baking these goods. For the cookies I liked it because of its texture and its
taste but it is not quite perfect. For the taste of it, it lacks for the sweety taste, but it is all good. For the size
of the cookie, it is quite a bit bigger than the usual, but she made it look nice on her presentation.
For the brownies, it not that perfect but I liked it the most because of its taste, texture and the cashew nuts.
For the taste of it, it is perfect and very delicious. She made the presentation also looks nice.

prepare the baking pan, put butter

then put baking paper

preheat the oven 177 degrees


put the butter in a bowl

then the brown sugar

then mix with the mixer


mix until the butter and sugar is combined

put some eggs

Then vanilla

then mix again with the mixer


prepare the All Purpose Flour

then the salt

then the baking soda

then put it on the mixture


mix again until combined

pour the chocolate chips

then mix well


put cling wrap

then put in the chiller for 80 minutes

after 80 minutes unwrap it

use the ice cream scooper to scoop the cookie dough


place it in a pan

then put in in the oven

put the bittersweet chocolate in a stainless bowl

then put the condensada

wait until melted

then put some egg


then mix

put vanilla then mix

put the flour,salt ang baking soda


Then mix well until combine

put some cashew nuts

then mix until it combine


put it in the pan

spread it
put cahew nuts on the top

then place it in the oven

after 30 minutes remove from the oven


finish product
