• Model 2 Azalea is the house for you if you are HOMES
looking for a house that is small and compact but
with enough room to move around. It is designed to
accommodate one to two 1-2 persons. Though it is
small, we made a large and we designed it with large
windows. That way, you don’t feel like you’re in a
cage and still got that comfortable and cozy feel to it.
• Model 3 Maui is by far the biggest house that
we’ve designed. It can accommodate up to 7
persons, making it one of the best choices for a
big family. It has 3 bedrooms and a spacious
interiors.

ADDITIONAL COST

Additional Cost: We go to great lengths to identify and price any necessary work
up front. However, after an invasive inspection, we may discover unanticipated
issues such as a broken window, a water flow problem in the house, or any other
issue that needs to be fixed. In this case, we will recommend additional work at an
additional indicative cost. It is part of your maintenance. You agree to pay us the
additional charges if you agree to additional work. You also agree to pay an
additional fee for the reglazing of glass panes that have been broken during the
course of our operation when there has been no avoidable fault on our side.
PAYMENT

Payment: Your Deposit, Balance 1 and Balance 2 payments, and so on, are due by
the Due Dates listed in your Project and Payment Schedule. If you do not pay on
time or in full and you know that your full payment for the house has not been
completed, we will take back the house and you will lose your rights even if you
have paid us before but it is insufficient and has not been paid yet. Until full
payment is received, all products remain the property of Amore De La Casa. In
the event of a payment disagreement , Amore De La Casas' judgment is final and
binding.
ASSETS

Assets: Assets obtained through Amor De La Casa are appropriate for both low-
income earners looking to own a home and real estate speculators looking to
maximize their profits. An Amor De La Casa acquired asset is a property that has
been foreclosed on because the original owner of the Amor De La Casa housing
loan has defaulted on his or her monthly amortizations. When delinquent
borrowers default on their payments, the Amor De La Casa Fund usually gives
them the opportunity to buy back their foreclosed homes. This buy-back option
is also available to renters who live in or rent foreclosed homes. If the buy-back
option fails, Amor De La Casa sells the repossessed property to other bidders at a
lower price through public bidding in order to recoup the outstanding loan and
generate revenue for the fund.

For two reasons, buying a foreclosed property from Amor De La Casa makes
financial sense. First, Amor De La Casa assets are sold at a discount to their
market value. This allows you to buy a house even if you don't have enough
money to buy one brand new. If you use an Amor De La Casa housing loan to
finance a foreclosed property, your monthly amortizations will be reduced.
Second, Amor De La Casa foreclosed properties are excellent investment
opportunities. Purchasing one allows you to buy low and sell or rent high, not to
mention the fact that real estate values rise with time. Buying a foreclosed home,
however, comes with its own set of hazards. These are sold "as is, where is," which
could mean that some of them have broken pieces. You'll have to spend money to
repair a foreclosed property if its condition is less than ideal.
