WORKSHEET NO 2
3-2-1

I. INTRODUCTION
Today we have your Worksheet No 2 entitled 321 which covers the systems that we
previously discussed. The purpose of this task is to help each other to explore and discover the
information you acquired from the synchronous and asynchronous discussions and interaction
with other people. This task will assess your ability to organize ideas and facts about the major
organs of the body. The submitted outputs should deal with matters related to the systems that
we discussed. Sharing your outputs using the discussion board will help each student in clarifying
ideas deemed unclear to each other.
II. OBJECTIVES

 Recognize important organs that are related to Endocrine System, Blood

System, Cardiovascular System, Immune System, Respiratory and
 Discuss the function and essential facts related to the major systems we have discussed .
 Formulate a presentation related to major organs of the body using a graphic
organizer.

III. PROCEDURE

1. Based on our previous synchronous discussions on the whole Cardiovascular

system (blood, heart and blood vessels), the Lymphatic, Endocrine system,
Respiratory and Digestive systems state:

 Three (3) topics you think you understood clearly

 Two (2) questions you have in mind that you want to ask for
clarification about a certain topic covering the stated systems, and
 One (1) particular topic discussed in the systems that you found amazing.

2. Take note of the Two (2) questions you have in mind that you want to ask for clarification
for it will be compiled with other questions and will be discussed on our future sessions
3. Search for one (1) interesting facts related to the selected systems. Give options that will
make the major systems of the body healthy.
4. Present your output or collected data using graphic organizers or any format you deemed
as better option. You're allowed to use any designing application (E.g., CANVA) to
organize your output.
5. Submit your output in hard copy format.
