3p’s of Successful Career

Summary and Reflection:

First is Preparation, you need to be prepared, you should be mindful with your grades
during college because they will consider it once you apply as a DepEd teacher. You should
prioritize your education by enrolling Masteral degree or Doctorate Degree to get higher position
and to continue your learning in your subject area. Continuous professional development is a
must. You should also attend seminars as part of our CPD.

Second is Perseverance, with your goals prioritized and a positive state of mind, the third
thing that can help you on the road towards success is perseverance. Perseverance is the ability to
remain focused on your goal in-spite of facing difficulties in its achievement. When you feel like
you are working hard and yet success is not coming to you, don’t give up! Persevere and remain
headstrong! Success comes to those who persevere and keep on making an effort!

Lastly is Prayer, there is no impossible with God just believe in Him and have faith on
Him. In everything that we do put God first.
