Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition policy at Company designed to ensure the Recruitment and selection process
is unbiased and effective.

Scope:

The Talent Acquisition policy applies to all employees who are involved in hiring process for
company. Also it refers to all potential job candidate.

Pre - HR to discuss the offer with the prospective candidate post successful verification of BGV and approval from business

Offer Approved offers are released to prospective candidate vai email for their further consent and acceptance of the offer
