6. Invite Guests
1. You must have the type of guests requested
in your hand to host the activity.
1. Family, Casual, Prestige, Ladies,
Gentlemen, Fairchild.
2. Current Reputation ≧ Guest Prestige Rating
3. You must have the Available Servants
requested on the card.
4. Must be able to pay money or reputation
penalties, during Enjoy Favors, or cannot
attend

1. Servant Alternatives
1. Housekeeper: Also Lady’s Maid if none
available.
2. Underbutler: Need Butler’s Pantry to
acquire. May use instead of all male
servants, except Useful Man.
3. Footman: With Brushing Room, use as
Valet if none available.
8. Enjoy Favors/Penalties, Lower Right on card

2. Reputation (Lions): Use surplus for
Special Actions.

1. 1=Casual Guest. 2=Prestige Guest

5. Gossip: Decrease reputation of another

7. Servants: Place in Expended Service box.

1. Dismissal always optional
2. Takes place after board cleared and
favors enjoyed.
3. Cannot dismiss Family members.
4. Can be from hand or discard pile.
5. If dismissed from current activity,
player still receives the Favors.
6. Dismissed card to bottom of deck.
9. Buy from the Builders’ Market
1. From the 6 tiles + 2 Reserve Stacks
2. You can look through Reserved Tiles.
3. Only buy 1, except if Builders’ Holiday on
track.
4. Can be any Prestige Rating.
5. Cannot buy duplicates.
6. Pay bank with tile +/- modifiers.
7. Place tile in estate, Rose side down.
10. Clear Player Board
1. Move cards to discard pile.
2. Move servants to Expended Service
3. Move tile to your Estate..
1. If 1st use, flip to Rose side.
4. Turn marker moved after each season.
11. PASSING
1. Retrieve cards from discard pile.
2. Make all Servants Available.
3. Execute Special Events on Round Track
4. Take RP - +1 for each Monument owned.
5. Choose one
1. Collect £200 in tenant OR
2. May refresh Builders’ Market at no cost.
6. May shop market.
7. May use Special Actions.
12. COURTSHIP
1. Theme card revealed at start of each season.
2. Total VP of those tiles per player.
1. Higher chooses Fairchild card to put into
their hand.
2. Take VP card. Use as VP or card power.
3. Ties: Each take VP card. No Fairchild card.
4. Return Fairchild card at end of the
season, before the new courtship round.
3. Discard one Objective Card
4. Final Courtship at the end of game.
1. Total of all revealed categories
2. Take VP + Fairchild Card.
Reserve Market - After Courtship
1st Courtship, all Service tiles moved to Reserve.
2nd Courtship, all Prestige Level 1 tiles to be moved
to the Reserve.
May review + purchase tiles from the Reserves
All new ones drawn to refill market placed here.

Refresh Servant: 3 RP to Available Servants?
