OFFER OF APPOINTMENT AS NON-TEACHING STAFF IN THE GHANA EDUCATION SERVICE

GIFTY AGYEMANG ADU-WIREKOAA

The Ghana Education Service is pleased to offer you an appointment as a Domestic Bursar
(and/or any other duty you may be assigned) at the SIMS SENIOR HIGH , KWABRE in the
ASHANTI REGION, with effect from 18th July 2023.

Your job will include but not limited to coordinating and suprevising the catering staff,
planning of menu and organizing inservice training for the junior catering staff. You will be on
the grade of Principal Domestic Bursar. The salary scale attached to the grade is PSH 16 (Base
Grade). You will be paid your salary with effect from the date of assumption of duty.

You are to report to the Regional Director, Ghana Education Service immediately, upon
whose validation of your documents, this offer will be valid and further directives given.

Your anniversary each year will be your incremental date. An incremental award is to be
earned through satisfactory performance. You will be on a one (1) year probation.

You will be subject to the Conditions and the Scheme of Service and any other circulars and
orders for the Non-Teaching Staff of the Ghana Education Service as amended or issued from
time to time.

Please, inform the Regional Director, in writing, by July 24, 2023, of your acceptance of this
offer on these terms. Please, arrange to be medically examined by the nearest Government
Health Facility. You should present this letter to the Medical Officer as an authority for the
examination.

Unless your acceptance is received by July 24, 2023, this offer of appointment will be
automatically withdrawn.
