    GENERAL NOTES:-

    All dimensions are in meters and levels in meters unless


    otherwise noted.
    Typical details shall be read in conjunction with the
    appropriate architectural/civil and service drawings.
    The drawings shall not be scaled. Only written dimensions
    shall be used.
    The contractor is deemed to have check about the
    exactness of all dimensions and grid lines and should
    report immediately in writing to the architect by any
    discrepancies before the commencement of any work.
    The contractor will be responsible for all setting out.
    The contractor is deemed to have checked the design.
    The contractor is to provide shop drawings of all systems for
    approval by the consultant before commencing any
    work.
    The contractor shall confirm the line out of the design prior to
    the commencement of work.
