STUDYING ABROAD

In recent years, studying abroad can be highly advantageous for a student.

Each individual has the potential to improve their future and secure more well-paid
employment opportunities. Many people hold the view that taking overseas courses
has brought many benefits to students, while others claim that it also has some
drawbacks. This essay aims to shed light on both the advantages and disadvantages
of studying abroad.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why learning overseas is
advantageous. First of all, many nations use modern teaching methods and
boast top-notch research facilities to educate youth more effectively. These are
benefits for students at foreign schools, they have enough modern equipment to
meet the needs of complex research, support their study and be creative without
any limitations. Furthermore, living and studying far away from parents in a
straight country is a condition to develop students’ independence. They have to
do everything on their own, for instance, personal work, managing time or
connecting relationships,… This is a chance for them to become mature and gain a
lot of skills. Finally, studying abroad means learning a new language, a
valuable skill for both personal and professional development.
