a. My personality type is campaigner, with the full personality type code
ENFP-A. Campaigners are enthusiastic, creative, and sociable free spirits
who can always find a reason to smile. According to the test, I am 64%
extraverted and 36% introverted. I readily enjoy group activities and value
social interaction. I tend to be outwardly enthusiastic and express my
excitement. Furthermore, I am 80% intuitive and 20% observant. I am very
imaginative, open-minded, and curious. I value originality and focus on
hidden meanings and distant possibilities. In addition, I am 64% feeling
and 36% thinking. I value emotional expression and sensitivity. I place a
lot of importance on empathy, social harmony, and cooperation. Moreover,
I am 57% prospecting and 43% judging. I am very good at improvising and
adapting to opportunities. I tend to be a flexible nonconformist who values
novelty above stability. Lastly, I am 53% assertive and 47% turbulent. I am
self-assured, even-tempered, and resistant to stress. I refuse to worry too
much and tend to be self-confident when striving to achieve goals. The
results are somehow accurate.
b. Yes, there is a match between my personality traits and my dream job. I
managed to discover a few of my strengths and weaknesses according to
the test. For instance, enthusiasm is my strength, wherein I share it with
anyone who will listen and am eager to hear other people’s ideas and
opinions, even if those thoughts are wildly different from their own. On the
other hand, being overly accommodating is one of my weaknesses,
wherein I find myself saying yes whenever anyone asks them for guidance
or help.
c. I believe in the phrase "It's okay to park your dream and pursue it when
everything is good." It is acceptable to temporarily set aside or delay
pursuing your dreams if your current circumstances or responsibilities
require your immediate attention or if pursuing them at the moment is not
feasible. Life often presents us with various challenges, obligations, and
unexpected situations that may hinder our ability to actively pursue our
dreams.
d. Personality tests can be used as tools to help us discover more about who
we are, better understand people, consider alternative career paths, seek
counseling when necessary, and participate in research. However, it is
crucial to use them with caution and to consider their limitations and
application. This is not the whole picture of who we are, just a piece of it.
e. This is not the whole picture of who we are, just a piece of it. No. However,
we are valuable for personal growth and development.
f. The APA Ethics Code places a strong emphasis on the necessity of
conducting personality tests in an ethical and responsible manner in order
to safeguard the rights and welfare of people who may be taking these
tests, including yourself.
