Car Portal with Mobile Compatibility - new Enhanced Features:

Enhanced Feature: Notifications on each level of raising and approve/reject of a request.

For Notification trigger: User must click “allow” the notification as shown below.

Mobile View: user must “Allow” notification and click on “add to Home Screen” option to
create an Icon in Mobile.
Login in to Rainbow: (single sign on)
1) Car Portal
Rainbow -> Admin -> Car Portal (to raise a new Request)

2) Approval Portal – for (HOD/IS and Admin to approve/reject)
Rainbow ->Admin ->Approval Portal

Login in to MY TS: (Link: https://myts.lnttechservices.com/)

Click on

1) “R” for Request Portal:

Request Portal will be visible to all the users to raise a new request and View all the request
information

2) “A” for Approval Portal:

Approval Portal will be visible only to IS/HOD to approve/reject and Admin for to process the
request.

3) “H” for HR genie:

Users can ask HR related queries.

4) “P” for Policy Portal:

L&T polices will be available to the respective department wise regions and location

Process for Raising a Request:

1) Click on “R” Symbol.

Click on “Car Request”

Click on Add request to raise a request for Car booking:

Step 1:

Self-Option: logged in user related information will be populated from Manpower as Self option.

LTTS Employee: to raise a request on behalf LTTS employee, user must enter only PS Number of
other LTTS employee and other details will be populated based on the entered PS number.

Non LTTS Employee: to raise a request for Non LTTS employee, user will have to enter Traveller
name and Client/trainer details.

Step 2: Fill Pick up and Drop related fields. Remember is for Other and Home.

Remember Functionality provided to Home and Other’s address. First time user must enter the
Home and other’s address.

Note: Clear Option will be provided if you want to deselect Home and others option.

Step 3: fill trip and purpose of travel related information

Note: Traveller information based on the pickup location and date has been provided to the
requestor

Finally click on the Submit.

Note: based on the employee Grade Self Approve Option will be enabled.
