Begin by asking the student to describe his/her appearance.


Interaction
In Action (Teacher-Student): Read the dialogue with the student, emphasizing pronunciation and intonation. Allow the
student to ask questions about unfamiliar words or expressions.
Q&A Session: Ask the questions from part B of the material, allowing the students to identify where to use the
expression given.
With your Words (Student-Teacher): Have the student take on the roles with the
most highlighted words in the dialogue and read it aloud. This allows the students to practice using the vocabulary in
context.
Beyond Basic (Student-Led): Ask the student to read the expressions that can describe someone’s appearance.
Dialogue making (Student-Teacher): Have the student take on the roles with blanks and ask the student to say the right
expressions while having a dialogue with the
teacher.

With Style (Student-Led): The student will describe the given pictures using the

patterns. This will allow the student to apply the expressions she or he learned.
