Subject: Employment Terms

I am pleased to offer you employment with UKS group on the following terms:

1. Job Title:

Quantity Surveyor

2. Salary:

Total monthly salary of GBP 2,200- (Sterling Pounds Two Thousand Two Hundred only) pay able in arrears
to your Account.

3. Housing Allowance:

You will be eligible for Housing Allowance of GBP 3,00/-per month to secure your own
accommodation.

4. Incentive:

You will be eligible for an Incentive/ Bonus Plan, which will be advised to you in accordance with your
KPIs.

5. Vacation:

You are entitled to 30 working days vacation per six months from the date of joining the company.
Holidays have to be booked in 8 weeks in advance to allow and acceptance of your request.

6. Medical& Life Insurance:

You will be eligible to participate in the Group Medical and Life Insurance
Program.

 You shall be under probation for a period of 60 (Sixty) days from the date of joining the
Company.

8. Date of Commencement:

The first day you begin working in the Company: Tuesday 01December 2021

9. General Terms:

You agree to work within the framework of Company policies, as modified from time to time, devote your
full time and attention to the Company responsibilities, and avoid any outside activities which may
involve conflict with the Company interest and refrain from imparting any confidential information about
the Company either during or after your employment. It is further recognized that both you and the
Company are subject to All Labor Law pertaining to the private sector.

If your employment should be terminated by the Company for any reason other than willful misconduct,
you will receive one-month notice. Willful misconduct may result in termination without notice, pay or
allowance.

You agree to give the Company one-month notice in writing if you should resign your position
voluntarily.

You agree to undertake to keep all information you deal with, or have access to strictly confidential at all
times, in and out of the bank.

Please note the confirmation of your appointment is subject to successful reference and background
checks, and passing the Compan s medical examination.

In the best interest of Company business needs, we will answer no later than two weeks from the offer date, or
offer will be invalid.
