Dear Ms. Le Thi Linh Trang,

LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT
We are pleased to confirm your employment with Chailease International Leasing Co., ltd per
the following terms and conditions:
1. DESIGNATION: JUNIOR SALES OFFICER
Report directly to Head of Marketing Department until further notice.

2. SALARY STRUCTURE:
During probation: Total gross/month: VND 8,725,000 included
VND 7,225,000 basic salary /month
VND 1,500,000 for lunch allowance/month

After probation: Total gross /month: VND 11,600,000 included

VND 8,500,000 basic salary /month. After probation, a 13th month salary will be paid to you
on 30th of December of the year, pro-rata for shorter period of Employment
VND 1,500,000 for lunch allowance/month
VND 1,600,000 for other allowance/month

Social, health and unemployment insurance (10.5% of basic salary) & personal income tax
will be paid by the Employee. Employee will benefit the complement program of Health &
Accidental insurance after you sign the official labor contract with the Company.

3. COMMENCEMENT DATE: 15th Aug. 2022

4. PROBATIONARY PERIOD: 02 months
5. ANNUAL SALARY ADJUSTMENT REVIEW:
The annual salary adjustment is on the basis of individual performance, company
performance and will be according to company’s policy.
6. BONUS, INCENTIVE:
Bonus, incentive will be awarded to you depending on your performance and company
performance for one complete year of service.
7. TERMINATION :
One (1) week notice during probationary period.
8. All other terms and conditions not stipulated above shall be per CHAILEASE Vietnam

procedures and prevailing Vietnam Labor Law.
9. HOLIDAYS:
Annual leave: 12 working days for each complete year of service. Prorata for shorter period.
Public holidays as per Vietnam Labor Code.
11. MISCELLANEOUS:
a. You shall devote your whole activity and loyalty to the concepts, business and the interest
of the Company. You shall not engage in any other occupation whether for remuneration
or otherwise. The company must be advised of and approval be given to any other
involvement in any trade or professional bodies related to finance leasing.
b. You shall at all times obey the orders, rules and regulations of the Company and carry out
its directions to the best of your ability. You shall not divulge any secrets or information
confidential to the Company, in writing or verbally, nor in any way commit acts which
would have a detrimental effect on the Company.
c. In line with our Company’s policy to maintain absolute confidentiality on your pay scales,
you are not allowed to disclose your salary or benefits to any of your fellow colleagues.
d. All other terms and conditions not stipulated above shall be made in accordance with the
existing legislatures in force and as per the company rules, regulations and policies
implemented from time to time.
